Hey, Im just curious to see how everyone feels. Personally, I appreciate both rappers, as each had great talent.
But between the two, I think I like Tupac more because his lyrics seem to have more meaning in them. Sure, he has some songs about being a gangsta and living the thug life and all that stuff, but he also rapped from the heart, which is evident in songs like Dear Mama, Keep Ya Head Up, and My Block.
Also, I like the fact the Tupac was a poet as well, he wrote some great stuff in his book, The Rose that Grew From the Concrete.

What do you all think?

Yeah that's pretty much how I feel..also, contrary to popular belief, Tupac wasnt gang affiliated..it sucks that both of them died so young

It's a never ending argument who is better. They were both so good at freestyle (which truly defines a rapper's talent) that it really comes down to personal preference

Check out the documentary Biggie & Tupac. It's really good and is based a lot on the detective who worked the case and ultimately quit's input.

Well, I think biggie was a better freestyler. Tupac just had the voice when it came down to that.

BOTH!!! are good rapper, with different styles. so i like em both.

Yeah it is really hard to choose between them both.... I mean they are both really good at what they did. But I guess if I had to choose I would have to go for Tupac... Don't know it's just something about the way he rapped I liked. Seems like his music seemed like stories over beats which I love.

Biggie rapped about his life...

Pac rapped about the African American Race and spoke up for them. He rapped about life in general. He rapped about how this world can be a better place. He was inspiration to many of people of all race.


I would have to go with Pac.
