Seraphyna was looking to purchase a building in the business district of Detroit. She walked the various streets. So many buildings were so big, but she only need a small quiet spot. Her business didn't need a lot of space. Just a small building with an entrance and an office or two. Finally coming across a small corner building, she decided it was the one and started renovations immediately.

The building was indiscreet. A small sign on the front window that simply stated, Advice Center.

Once you walked in through the door there was a reception desk. A young lady named Linda, would settle you in to one of the comfy chairs set out for the waiting room after taking your name. The walls were painted a sky blue and there was a table between the chairs with random books and newspapers. Sera loved books and always tried to have various supply for those to read while they waited.

In the back were two offices. The one closest to the waiting room was filled with filing cabinets. Resources she could use to give advice. The second office was in the back. It was purposely farther so that there was an assurance of privacy. Sera was very big on offering privacy to her clients. What was their business was their business after all. She merely wanted to help as many people as she could.

Once the renovations were done and everything was set up, she began to flip an open sign. Keeping weird hours, just as her customers would in their line of work.  She was now ready to offer as much advice as she could to those coming through the doors of her Advice Center.
