"Your honor I was just fulfilling a need the people need to have food I was merely fulfilling..." "Enough! I have had enough of this fulfilling a need bullshit! These people probablyly don't know that you stole those food stamps. You claim that you helping stealing isn't helping. I say that you should be executed but you plead guilty. " "Your honor execution is a big thought I would like to point out that I shouldn't be thrown in jail I served my country almost my life due to joining a war. I think it's only fair to give me a reduced sentence. " " Ha! Only if you can give me info on criminal actvity's of the crime family's in the US. Then will I consider a reduced sentence. Time for a break. Be back in a hour." Tommy leaves and hops into a car. "Manhattan please." I walk to the HQ of the Morsel's. I run right into Tony. "Wait Tommy your'e free? " "No. I cant call the Rowdies they know I'm in the Rowdie crime famliy they got me under surveillance let's go inside" "Okay. SO what you want me to do?" "I'm plead that I killed the Corleone's and they'll have to take that into consideration of how long proablly 5 years in Staten island. SO you need to break from Staten island jail." "Okay fine I will." With that I run back outside and into the taxi we go back to the court where I plead guilty to killing the Corleone's and then I'm back in a cruiser this time I'm going in to jail and for life. |

Pepsi stares up at the marble steps before him. He thinks to himself here we go again. Dressed in his torn and paint splattered clothes, shoes with worn down soles and brown paper bag in hand. He climbs the steps. Annoyed this annual appointment with these feeble minded IRS agents had to be a Saturday every damn year. He takes a seat in the waiting area. Looking around the room, he recognizes a few changes. Loud voices could be heard from behind the door of the room he was waiting to be called into. Key words stuck in Pepsi's head. What the hell does the IRS have to do with what he was listening too? Unspoken words in these times. He stands up just as the door suddenly opened. A dazed and confused looking man, still shouting exits the waiting area. Pepsi could see there was a judge in the other room. He thinks just like them dirty dogs to change office location without notifying him. He pulled out his pocket watch and had five minutes to spare to locate the right office in order to be on time. He looks at the young man speaking who referred to himself as Tommy. Pepsi drops his card in front of Tommy. Quickly he introduces himself, and apologizes for the second interruption. Your hearing obviously has nothing to do with the unspoken words in this thing of ours. |
