Receiving word of today's events, Bjorn made his way back to Las Vegas to recieve Chade's news and further Instructions. Stepping out of his black Cadillac Phaeton in front the Las Vegas head quarters, he lights a cigar. Knowing full well the circumstances of the day it was not easy for him to not have a heavy heart. Accompanied by his close friend Chaos. They made their way through a set of heavy metal doors. Being met by a swarm of body guards they entered the back room. Chade and Whiskey awaited them, telling them to take a seat. Chade places his hand on Bjorn's shoulder. "It's time" His voice boomed like thunder crashing across the night sky. Bjorn knew just what to do as he had prepared for this day for some time. Taking a long drag from his cigar he proclaims.

  "It is more then an honor to work under you my good friend, and I am proud to be the next captain of Las Vegas! I will get to work right away, so we can bring forth a new golden age for this city!"

  Bjorn with Chaos by his side walks out of the head quarters and into a dark and dank alley. Street lights flickering over head as Bjorn enters his waiting car and speeds off into the night as quickly as he came.

Sitting in his office across town Jimmy was sipping on some whiskey from his glass... standing at his office window he could look out over the strip, watching cars drive up and down and the lights ever so bright tonight.. maybe the rainstorm earlier or something Jimmy thought.. but it was a beautiful night

Jimmy knew the news about Bjorn getting to run his own crew in Vegas.. Jimmy has been at all the meetings and done his part to make sure it all went smoothly. Sitting down at his desk he started to finish a new notes on a pad of paper before stopping for a minute to write a quick note to Bjorn on his recent promotion

"Bjorn I remember a long time ago when I was in Don Gaius's family and you were telling me what to do..We changed locations but business kept booming and today because of your hard work, you are now going to be telling more than a few people what to do.. you are responsible for your own criminal organization! COngrats on your hard work and dedication, you worked hard for Las Vegas on your way up and as a mobster who I know has not been a leader every couple months or in the spotlight weekly, this is a chance for a newer bloodline in our world to grow and take the helms of running their own family.. the only thing left is how you do my friend, and I have confidence you will do great.

Jimmy folded up the letter.. placing it into a golden envelope, sealing it and throwing it towards some new gangster sitting in the corner trying to make his bones and work for Jimmy.. 'Go deliver that to Bjorn for me kid" Jimmy said as he poured another drink.. leaning back in his seat watching the lights flash through his office window
