Carmine Fusari walks down the road with one of his best friends in life, Alfred Ragazzo. Ragazzo & Fusari (suspected mob associate) have scored some cocaine & a fire-arm. (357 MAGNUM.) Fusari & Ragazzo enter a local bar & get into a arguement with some drunken man laying across the floor -- the man gets up & begins to start punching on Ragazzo, then Fusari just sits there & watches the abuse on his friend take place with a smile, he follows the drunken irishman outside & into the alley, then raises up that magnum & BOOM! That Irishman is laying spread-eaged out across the alley with blood all over the place! Fusari stands up looking towards the dead body & smiles, loving the sight of that first fresh death from his own pistol. Ragazzo exits through the outside of the establishment & stares into the eyes of Fusari, getting angry Ragazzo lets out ..'' WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU, CARMINE!?'' Carmine stares back into the eyes of Ragazzo, smiles towards him -- then raises the pistol leveling the pistol with the mouth & nasal area of Ragazzo, wrapping his finger around the trigger, before saying.. ''Fuck you, Alfie', your a fucking nobody anyways, I don't fucking need you!'' then pulls back on the pistol & leaves the body of identified victim SEAN WALLFIELD along with the body of one his ''best-friends'', Alfred Ragazzo.

Carmine has never been seen in the Detroit anywhere from after that scene & he was never arrested for the murders because there was no proper evidence to take him in.
