Does anyone experience these in their sleep? Lucid dreams are when you, inside your dream, are aware that you're dreaming and that is not real, and can also control the dream to some extent. I had this once or twice in my life, and every time I started flying. Also, has anyone ever had an out-of-body dream? It's a kind of a dream where you feel like you're physically in it. I would love to learn how to have this because it seems awesome.

I have had a few lucid dreams the first one I didn't know if I was dreaming or awake it was kinda like psychosis but I was dreaming.....

Ive had quite a few lucid dreams, for example one where I cant seperate reality from the dream (if it wasnt for what happend in the dream) is I woke up in the dream and my bed was surrounded by spirits and a black figure over the end of my bed....well atleast I hope it was a dream, I just dont remember waking up....lol

haha at the end of it I was sitting up in my bed and well when I came to or awoken I was sitting up in my bed....weirdest "dream" ever.

If you don't know if it's a dream or reality then it isn't a lucid dream.

well, i have has 2 dreams i think where i could control them a bit :)
