Tales of The Crew Hitman Started by: Blazerze on Aug 05, '11 22:30

Blazerze walked through the dark alleyways of New York, avoiding the busy main streets full of people so as not to draw any unwanted attention to himself. Moving past a homeless camp, Blazerze walked up to a seemingly abandoned brick building, and pulled out the piece of paper in his pocket. The windows of the building were all boarded up, and the brick was crumbling and there was a rather large hole in the wall near the roof. From one of the boarded up windows, Blazerze spotted a faint glow of light. He counted the floors up, and double checking the address to make sure he was in the right place, Blazerze shook his head and then entered the building. The building was falling apart on the inside as well, with holes in the walls and what appeared to be mold growing in an alarmingly large patch in the far corner. Making his way past the long destroyed elevator, he slowly walked up the stairs; staying as close to the wall as possible.

Making his way up to the fifth floor, Blazerze pulled out his personalized silent .22 pistol from his black pinstripe suit. The pistol was black with the number 42 engraved in gold into the grip. Checking that the silencer was effectively in place, he slowly rounded the last corner and walked down the hallway until he found the door with a glow of light underneath. "Who does this guy think he is?" Blazerze thought to himself as he reached for the doorknob."Hiding out from hit men and he leaves the lights on". Blazerze ripped open the door and brought up the pistol, prepared to fire at the first sign of movement from inside. Confusion settled in as he looked around the apartment and saw nothing more than scattered pizza boxes and cans of pop throughout the room. "Could my information be wrong...?" Blazerze thought to himself as he slowly walked into the room and stood in the centre, surveying the scene."My information is never wrong th-" Blazerze got halfway through his sentence when he was attacked from behind.

A man had jumped from inside of the closet and tackled him. Turning his body as he fell to the floor, Blazerze landed with his back to the floor so that he could see his attacker, and that probably saved his life as the man's arm came down with a knife in his hand. Knocking the man's arm away with his left hand, Blazerze grabbed the man's shoulder with his right hand and knocked the man of off him, and then scrambled to his feet. His gun had fallen from his hand and he could really use it right now. The man rose to his feet and ran at Blazerze, swinging the knife wildly in front of him as he approached. "Well at least he isn't experienced with knives" Blazerze thought to himself as he avoided the first swing and pulled back his right hand, landing a powerful right hook to the man's jaw as he came at him with a second slash. The blow rocked the man backwards, and as Blazerze stepped forward to throw a second punch the man's arm shot out with the knife and cut the top of Blazere's hand. "Son of a bitch!" Blazerze yelled out as he took a step back, blood beginning to sprout from the gash in his hand. Seeing his opportunity, the man tried to stab into Blazerze's chest with the knife but fell short, giving Blazerze a chance to put a rather strong kick to the man's kneecap, shattering the bone.

As the man collapsed to the ground in pain, Blazerze stepped forward and delivered a powerful knee to the man's face, snapping the man's head back and causing him to fall on his back; stunned out of his mind from the pain. The knife fell out of his hand and skidded a few inches away, and Blazerze kicked it well across the room for good measure. Looking around the room quickly, Blazerze spotted his pistol and strolled over to pick it up. Turning and bringing the gun up to aim, Blazerze grinned as he looked down at the man. "Leo Ginn, you have been targeted by the crews of New York. Time to sleep with the angels." Blazerze said and then pulled the trigger, putting a bullet hole into the middle of Leo's head. Walking out of the room, Blazerze shut off the light and closed the door behind him, and then made his way out of the building.

Blazerze travelled through the alleys and back streets of New York until he made his way back to where he had left his car parked in front of a local butcher shop. Hopping into his black Rolls Royce Phantom, he pulled out into traffic. Being inside this car always made Blazerze happy; it had been his payment for a rather difficult hit on a Middle Eastern oil king who happened to get into a bit of a disagreement with a local crew leader. Cruising past all the strip clubs and bars, Blazerze drove into the business sector and made his way to one of the numerous sky scrapers that filled the area as far as the eye could see. His destination was one building in particular however, the building that was used as a front for all the hit men of New York. With almost all of his contracts coming out of this building, Blazerze was a frequent visitor to the building. Pulling into the underground parking lot, he made his way to the service elevator and rode up to the lobby. Crossing the lobby, he nodded his head in the direction and then walked past the elevator and entered the stairwell. Blazerze did not agree with elevators, not when he was on the job. Too many things could go wrong and that was a risk he could not take; besides, a little exercise never hurt anybody.

After climbing up 10 flights of stairs, Blazerze exited the stairwell and strolled through the hallways of the 10th floor until he found the conference room. Opening the door, he found the room the way he always did; a large black briefcase set in the middle of the table, and a large computer monitor with a file waiting to be opened. Grabbing the briefcase, he pulled it towards himself and opened it. The briefcase was filled with wads of bills, and Blazerze did a quick mental calculation and closed the briefcase and set it aside. Walking to the computer screen, Blazerze opened the file on the monitor and read through its contents.

"Well done on the last mission, it is unfortunate that it turned out more difficult than expected but that is not a fault of ours. There is a traitor in the organization, someone in our intelligence department. Your next mission will be to take out the traitor. All of the information you need is in a manilla envelope located at the bottom of the briefcase you just recieved. Until next time."

The monitor then shut off, and Blazerze was left standing in front of a blank screen. Anger began to course through his body as he realized that he had almost been killed because of a traitor, and he knew then that he would extremely enjoy this hit. Returning to the briefcase, he sorted through the bills until he found the envelope. Ripping open the top, he poured the contents onto the table and examined them. A sheet of paper containing a file on the target, as well as a photo  were laid out on the table in front of him, but Blazerze could only stare at the picture. Pure rage and shock gripped his body, and he stared at the picture with hatred, unable to comprehend that this was the traitor. Grabbing the photo and file, he placed the envelope and information back into the briefcase and exited the room, then returned to the stairwell and took the steps two at a time. Reaching the underground parking lot, he hopped into his Rolls Royce and pulled out into the streets, heading back to his penthouse to plan his next hit. This traitor would not live to endanger the lives of any other hit men; Blazerze would see to that personally.
