On the roadmap for the new version, I have put off forums until near the end because I have yet to find an idea that 'works' well on mobile devices.  Truth be told, I am stuck.  Many of you use other forums/conversation based sites on mobile and I am calling on your expertise so I can see what others think work well as a foundation for how we handle it here.

If you are a regular user of any particular sites on mobile that are forum(ish) that handle it well, mobmail me a copy of the back alley thread below and walk me through your sites that 'Do forums right'.  I would love to hear your insights so we can make our new version much easier to use.
