I am starting to house hunt for the 2022 meet.  We are looking Octoberish as the time frame.  I need to gauge interest so I know what size houses I am looking at this year, which also causes a catch 22 on dates, which causes a catch 22 on availability, which causes a catch 22 on deposit, which causes a catch 22 with.... you see how this goes? Sooo, Octoberish, until we can get enough deposits to book the house.

A few requirements:

Fully vaccinated.  This is non negotiable. This may also change depending on current covid situation.  If you are unable to get vaccinated for medical reasons, lab results dated less than 48 from the start of the meet will be accepted.

If you havn't done a meet before, speak up! Any of us would be glad to walk you through the process or answer any questions you have.

(A follow up thread will happen as I get more of an idea of the number of people, so we can narrow down the house selection process)

The meets are a week long vacation we take in the Pocono Mountains (just north of Philadelphia, PA)

We generally are able to provide transportation for everyone from airports/train/bus stations to the house and back.

We do it on a budget, so don't expect to spend much while there (Although some of the group breaks off to go to a local casino and come home broke heh)

The game provides breakfast/lunch, and then for dinner people break off into smaller groups and pick a night to provide dinner for the house that one night.

The $400 cost for the meet covers the house, supplies, food, and then if there is money left over once the bills pare paid, it often can fund the alcohol.

Location is north of Philadelphia, PA in the Poconos.  Lodging is the house that we rent as a group and included in the 400, its by far much cheaper than doing hotels and provides us the ability to do our own meals, place for entertaining, easier logistics and all that.  Depending on how big the group is, we normally rent a 12-24 person huge house.
