LoveGun stepped over a fallen body. The look on it's face was surprise, civilian, maybe news report sniffing it's nose in others peoples business. Which will always get you killed, specially if you are taking photos. There was a piece of scrap around it's neck that may have once been just that. This was what war brought; destruction, triumph and dead bodies. When LoveGun came to her usually spot she left that old soap box in the back alley, dusted off her hands and got down to business. There were bullets weaving in and out of the air, there was no way she was staying out here long.

I be havin' an announcement fresh from New York.

She couldn't get more then one sentence in before a shot was fired and it was close. Or it was a car back firing, but LoveGun was smarter then that. She ducked, covering her head and swore. LoveGun was much to sober for this. She walked over to a few cans of garbage, picking up one of the lids and using it as a shield. If she had to go to The Doc again, it'd be the fourth time this week. CM_Punk was always daring her to do things, promising he'd follow suit, but then making an excuse that he couldn't because he needed to help her from bleeding to death.

Anyway LoveGun turned her head, sneering down the street before continuing. News from New York City. I'd like t' present the next bold suit for the big apple. Monkey will be takin' her place as the newest auth for our fair city. Now, this one be pretty special for me. Monkey was one of me first pick ups when The Corsair Collective was a tiny group of juveniles, criminals, thieves and Crawford. She's been a wonderful addition to the family, not only my own, but the whole family of New York ever since. I be believin' in her talents, trustin' in her opinion and have confidence tha' she'll do an amazin' job with the opportunity Godfather Premeir has given her.

Another loud burst of noise shot through the air followed by a few screams of terror. LoveGun held up her trash can lid over her face and got the hell out of dodge.

*Listens with delight as LoveGun delivers her speech*

Monkey, I want to be the first to congratulate you. This is thouroughly deserved.

You'll go on to do great things, of that i'm sure... when you're not rummaging around in my pockets, trying to kop a feel

*Breaks open a banana*

Ciaran cheered from amidst the cacophonous sounds of the ricocheting bullets and held up a large bottle of rum. The net sound he heard was the smash of glass and the hearty swearing of LoveGun as the bottle and liquid now covered the street. He ducked down low, ran towards LoveGun and Monkey and gave her a big hug.

Congratulations Monkey, I'm very proud of you at his moment...now lets get the hell out of here! Drinks are on me...literally!

Inamorta steps forward and smiles at LoveGun and monkey in turn.

I've never had the pleasure of meeting you miss monkey, but I am absolutely certain that you will do great things for our fine city. I wish you luck in all of your future endeavors.
