Roman had just gotten the news that New York had put up a new auth.  Damn them and their perfect timing.  Nevertheless, Roman had to see through his own plans.

With Detroit's future being fulfilled soon, I want to take this opportunity to bestow _Isacaron_ with a family.  He has worked his ass off in Chicago and I can think of no other person that has so richly earned this honor.  Congratulations to him and his bright future.
