Traditionally, the rage skill was a a wildcard "apply to anything" skill, but wasn't as effective as the other specialized skills.  When you used rage, it was an all or nothing thing,  you either won, or you lost and did no damage from the rage.  We have now changed it so that there is a chance of doing some damage even if you fail.
