Congratulations, Don Lincoln_Lawyer.  What you lack in members you have more than made up for in patience.  You have waited, graciously, until a city was taken out, which you may, or may not, have known was coming.

As we rebuild, it is probably advisable not to run a writing competition.  Too many souls are required above ground than below.

I am full of good advice, and I am a solid performer on these Streets.  You may have seen me take down a peg or two the cheap imitation Lincoln, the man known named after pestilence. 

But I am not here to steal your thunder, Lincoln, no.  I have here to give you a pass, and to let bygones be bygones.

Jazz Mags? Sorry I'm not into Jazz, you must be thinking of my Half-Brother, Harry Bosch, he's into Jazz. Loaned me a copy of Kind of Blue with Miles Davis, featuring John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley and Bill Evans. Didn't do much for me, I'm more drawn to Soul myself, but each to their own. In any case, why would I want to read about Jazz in French, do i look French to you, do I sound French? I'm sure Nicole and Eddie Barclay and Jacques Souplet have a fantastic Magazine, purely based on your recommendation, but its really not for me. Have you heard Blueberry Hill by Louis Armstrong? Its really good.
