Philadelphia's Kitchen Started by: Bulma on Feb 16, '22 13:55

Bulma walked around in the HQ she would call her home from now on in the Old City District. The Kitchen. Owned by no-one less than the one and only chef Heston. She thought back of her late mother, who died a short while ago. She would’ve been proud.

Her mother had been a Crew Leader in Chicago, but in the most recent war, she passed away by a stray bullet. They tried to protect her, but something went wrong and her mother… she was no more. Two wars in a short while in Chicago were not something anyone would’ve expected.

In the first war, her mother survived because of her Right Hand at the time. He kept her safe. The Windy City was decimated, slaughtered, butchered you can even say. After all the dust settled, there were a lot of new faces in the city. Not small names, but a few of the bigger names, who came to help build up Chicago again, all the way from Detroit. CLO, Freyja and even Lincoln_Lawyer divided the city. Lincoln_Lawyer later even made the rank of Godfather of the District.

Her mother still had her own crew.. Until the second part of the war happened. A stray bullet hit her. A bullet that was never meant for her. Such an unlucky event.

Bulma swallowed back some tears.

Freyja took her in at that time. Bulma was still young, but she learned a lot from her mother. She would see if she could make her mother proud and be as good and nice as she was.
For the past 2 days, she worked her ass off, hardly slept and tried to do as much as possible, connect to new people, make new friends and all.

Until Heston came around. Crew Leader Heston. He had survived the war and was authorized to establish his own HQ in Philadelphia. Most people knew him as a great chef, but she would always respect him for the lengths he went to protect her mother. He knew how she was, and that he could trust her.

The reason he came to visit her? He needed someone to lead the crew with him. He had a Right Hand already (Ruby_Rose), but he still needed a Left Hand. So he came all the way to Chicago to ask her. She had slept a night about it, but had decided to accept his more than generous offer to become a Left Hand of The Kitchen.

The Kitchen was in full swing there were delivery vans turning up at all times of the day and night. Food, Décor, Drugs and alcohol were all shipped in massive boxes.

Heston had organised a RH to help sort the boxes out but there was too much work for just two people so long distance phone calls were made and received. The last phone call was to a Chicago crime lord to try and release Bulma from there current contract of employment. The phone call had gone well but now it was all a waiting game.

Heston opened another box this one contained salted fish from New York the fish was taken to the large kitchen and placed in a cupboard Heston sighed and thought that would be the last box for today.

Taking a large swig of whiskey Heston retired to the office and set about making plans for the next day

After a long restless night Heston awoke to a telegram announcing the employment of bulma

Heston rushed out bed showered and dressed awaiting the arrival of the young mobster. There was still lots to do and lists were made and jobs were given to the mobsters

Heston retired to the kitchen to begin a buffet style breakfast to feed the masses
