I have noticed a bit of stall on business and activity after the wars, alot of cities seem abandon, even the drug market suffers. The main reason I have mentioned anything is because I see alot of people leaving our way of life, taking their own lives or retiring, or talking about doing so. For the sake of our way of life I came to try and motivate those who have doubts. Yes, we may have only two godfathers, and only two major cities playing a role.

These cities will expand out and new godfathers will rise in other cities. Have faith in Roman and Premier, they will appoint good city leaders and it is a great time for you to make a name for yourself. We now have to rebuild, and we have to have faith and not quit and go legitimate this is the best time for business if you play your cards right. Expansion will bring opportunity.
