So let me start off with saying that I *really* enjoy Vday of all the competitions we run. It literally is the highlight of my all MR work days, and I try to make sure I get a few rounds in so I can enjoy in the chaos a bit. This year I got to work with a wonderful group of LA/LV people for a few rounds this year, so a big shout out to that group for Hosting. The prizes are normally pretty decent on Vday but its sort of an all or nothing thing... Its such a thrill to make it down to the final few to then only miss placing by a bit - so with that thought I offer the following suggestions for review
For those that did not win the traditional top 3 round spots, the following new ones are being offered for consideration: Round - Top 10 Finisher (Last Man Standing) As well as the following additional All Day ones: Thoughts? Better names? I miss any? Looking forward to your input. (P.S. The Borlaug/Hillerman/Harrison may tip my hand on a new Vday role for the next one) |

100% for all of these, the more prizes the better. Surely it's a lot more work for you but I think more prizes for different things will add more interest into what is already the best MR day of the year. Also think it is good to have some of the prizes non-top 3, so that people who aren't in the "in crowd" get a chance for prizes. |

The more prizes, the better. And these categories are great. A lot of work and effort goes into this event and its not always shown in the leaderboards/scores. This would be an awesome thing to implement. |

I am not a fan of top 20/30. Top 10 is cool I really like the HP award gives people something else to work towards. I’d like to see total combined shots for whole event. Thanks again Squishy, this event is always amazing! |

I like the names of the awards. I think it would be good to reward the top 30, because sometimes you can try your ass off and not even get in the top 100 lol |

Given how last V-day went within my 'team' I'd love to see a way individuals can excel and win without having to depend on their team. In my case, this v-day many wrong targets were called, including my own name - resulting in me getting killed by my own team. Not long before that happened the same thing happened to someone else. That kind of failure is very disappointing. Whilst these mistakes can happen, it pretty much fucks you up and for me ended V-day right there. Couldn't be bothered to do another round as I simply couldn't rely on the organization. Now for me it wasn't a big deal as I'm not that invested in MR anymore, but I did stop playing V-Day because my chance was simply 0% due to how it was ran by the organization. For a second I was excited and my own team killed that excitement. Too bad, because V-Day is an incredibly fun event! And I even like the whole cities/teams getting organized to battle each other. But there are many limitations for individuals, unlike with the Jailbreak events. Would love to brainstorm with you how individuals that aren't well connected, or simply unlucky with their organization can still have the same shot at a prize. As per your input request: - Most active (most jbs and shots, no matter of fails on shots/jbs) - Most failed shots - Box collector (most gift boxes collected)
