The Boss, the Wise Guy, and the Unsponsored Gangster The Unsponsored Gangster and the Wise Guy, having entered into partnership together for their mutual protection, went to New Orleans on a drug run. They had just arrived when they were contacted by a Boss. The Unsponsored Gangster, sensing imminent danger, approached the Boss and promised to arrange for him the death of the Wise Guy if the Boss would pledge his word not to kill the Unsponsored Gangster. The Unsponsored Gangster flew back to LA to sell his cocaine and convinced the Wise Guy to do the same. He promised that the prices there would be higher. So he flew back to LA. The Boss, knowing that the next flight did not leave for two hours, knew that the Wise Guy could not leave. He immediately killed the Unsponsored Gangster and later killed the Wise Guy at his leisure. Never trust your enemy |
