Two Tone Terrah that was the name she had earned on that fateful day. The day that Terrah learned exactly what was meant by that old adage. it is not personal, it's just business. Her boss was the Don of Palermo, he employed both her and her mother.  Her mother had brought her into the business and taught her the ropes of the family trade.  Her mother was known as a Cleaner, a person you called in this thing of ours when you wanted some "problem" to disappear. This problem had to threaten the family to be deemed a problem and in turn require a Cleaner. 

As fate would have it the Don of Palermo employed  both the mother and the daughter for a job, unbeknownst to either the mother or daughter. Her mother was sent to the job , but as the Don knew she would carried out the hit.  Terrah watched from her vantage and her heart sank when she saw the man who had raised her drop to the ground. As the Don knew she would in the heat of that money she pulled the trigger and watched as her fell into the water near the dock where she had killed Terrah's father. At least that is what Terrah thought. 

She went down to the dock and fished her mother from the water line near the dock, the lights along the walkway barely giving her enough light to see by. She laid her body in what she thought to be her fathers boat next his body. She doused the boat with gasoline and then set it a blaze. The dock was in the Don territory so no one would come by and look unless he ordered it. 

Terrah returned back to the Don of Palermo distraught he would set her up to be forced to kill her mother. 

"how could you make me do this?"
She searched his expression but saw none she broke down in tears. At the very least she thought he would have some remorse for making a daughter kills her own mother. 

"It was just business Terrah. I had to show my loyalty to the Godfather and well your mother did hesitate on that hit didn't she?"
He tried to hide the quiver in his voice. He didn't want to have to tell his daughter she was the heir to his criminal estate in this way. But the Godfather of Palermo required something on his behalf and his daughters half to show they were loyal to the Family. 

" Just business? You made me kill my mother why would you let me watch her kill my father? She held back the tears that threatened to cascade down her cheeks. " You knew I wouldn't hesitate and I would pull that trigger." She accused him outright in her frustration and hurt anger.

He shook his head and sat hard in his chair behind his desk. 

" I am sorry you had to kill your mother." He swallowed hard and closed his eyes for a brief second wondering if it was best  if he just told her out right.  "I have to tell  you though Terrah that wasn't your father." 

Her tears seemingly dried up as she comprehended his words. She shook her head a look of confusion plastered across her face.

"What do you mean he wasn't my father he raised my whole life?

He looked at her directly holding her gaze, hoping for forgiveness for how he chose to handle this." He was the man your mother cheated on me with. He raised you since you were three years old."  His eyes threatened  to open  a flood of tears as he said the words. "I had to sit here and watch you grow up in another mans home. So when the Godfather wanted your mother taken out for botching her last job, which lead the police to his door.  He choked on his words. I sent the best Cleaner I have. My own daughter. 

Terrah sat there tears rolling down her cheeks by the time he had finished. " What did you do?" She screamed at him and ran out the room. She couldn't be there right now, she didn't know if she even wanted to  remain in Palermo. 

Her father was saddened by her reaction and fell into a depression when he had heard  his daughter left Palermo for the States.
