Carmine was looking for a good place to funnel his money, and a place to meet the goonies. After along day of looking around he finally found a vacant lot about 5 acres nothing but broken concrete and red dirt. He makes a few calls and comes up with some money. He contacts the real estate agent, and they settle on a price after a few hours of being ruffed up by the boys. A good easy 10k Carmine dumped the money at the realtors feet and said get the hell off my property. He chuckled abit and said come on boys let's go. After a few months they throw up a couple ratty buildings and a sign on the outside saying Falcone Construction, even though most people call it The Roman Empire because of his past in Gotham. Working mostly as a hideout for his goons they also provide services for illegal activities including burying dead bodies, fixing up HQs , transporting illegal drugs in concrete bags. And construction of warehouses for local friends of the Damnation family. After a while Carmine walks into one of the ratty buildings and closes the door as the lights go out.

After a couple of months you start to see people dressed in black moving equipment in and start seeing more construction workers. Carmine stands out in the middle of the lot screaming you dumbasses work faster we need this building built to store our good you motherfu.. He picks up a shovel and throws it at one of the construction workers. More trucks arrive to the site with metal beams and sheets of wood.

a backhoe starts to dig a foundation in the ground after a few hours the is a big large rectangle in the ground a few minutes later some concrete trucks pull in and back up to the whole. The workers start pouring the concrete and the other workers start smooting it out. After a few hours they place some signs that say wet concrete stay out . Them mean gather there stuff and leave for the day.
