I would like to announce research and development into an upper-garment, designed to full proof the human body from the ravages of the bullets which fly so freely in this lawless society of ours. 

I have dubbed this invention a “bullet proof shirt” (BPS), and feel it could revolutionise health & safety across this thing of ours.  I fear that the criminal justice, and medical, fraternities may seek to close this down.

I understand you want to create a shirt designed to stop bullets on the human body but my question is this: what about four human bodies? In suits? 

After a meeting with John_Fareham, we mutually decided this invention would not cover the entire anatomy, particularly the head. In addition, it would put many women and men out of work. And worse, inflate the Government.
