If anyone is more than capable of transforming the city of New Orleans it is you Don Kimble. I had the pleasure of growing up within your family, the tutelage from yourself and Don Spuffwaffle helped shape me in many ways. It was a sad day when I heard of your retirement and it was an honour for me to be joining Spuffwaffle and to continue to help build up The MorningWood Elite. We are a family who owe you our thanks for everything you did for us during your time as the head.

May New Orleans be as good to you as you were to Chicago. Many congratulations in this role and personally I can't wait for the day that you become Godfather and are recognised for who you truly are a great leader in not just a city but our entire society.

The warm air of the summer day hit his nose as he stepped onto the cement, finally the airplane had landed in New Orleans.. a bumpy ride and Jimmy was glad to be off that death trap

Alright guys we are here, we got a few things to get done business wise before we can visit downtown and see what we can get into. We need to find Kimble so I can wish him the best and then offload this batch of heroin we might have brought..

Jimmy laughed and nodded his head to the suitcase that a young kid was pulling next to him

About one minute later the limo pulled around and they all got in.. on their way to Don Kimble's HQ which was being built

I hope he is there, I heard they are starting to fix the place up real nice after the recent war, so I am excited to see it.

Arriving at the HQ Jimmy noticed Don Kimble speaking to some men working on the outside of the HQ.. Jimmy approached him after he was done and smiled widely

New Orleans - a city that held long term power is now in the hands of a long term mafioso and I wish you the best sir. I hope Las Vegas and New Orleans can work together during business and play and with your own city the possibilities are endless. Nice Place you got here.. I am excited for when a casino opens, and although I know we have not talked the most in the lately I hope that can change and wish you the best and I hope you prosper with both business and pleasure my friend.

Jimmy looked at the new paint that was being put on the HQ.. nodding his head at the nice work being done before giving a dollar to the hotdog cart to get a soda, as the New Orleans humid heat was killin him

Climbing out of the cab he looked to the sky as if to check for rain, closing the door he walks to the see the discussion wondering whats happend.  Looking over at a familiar face in Don he listens.

An empty city is an unprofitable one, it is good to see it being rebuilt quick with someone with such a wealth of experience and who has shown so many characteristics to get where they are.  Which i hope sets an example for those aspiring to get into the same position down the line.
