Circle-of-Fire stood in front of the crowd, and knew an explanation was needed. "The Result, formerly The Starting Point had an unorthodox start into this world. But with the partnership and friendships formed in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, the Result has become just like any other family in these streets. With the tragic loss of SlimShady, SadaBaby was given the opportunity to fill the shoes of a great leader. One who was active, friendly and very involved in the city and those who lived there. Unfortunately, this did not happen." 

"It is unfortunate that it has come to this. But Sadababy and his Right Hand were unreachable. In time of strife, war or even just general day-to-day chatter, they were unresponsive. And while some are happy to see leaders languish and idle, holding nothing more than an empty title and not doing anything with it, I am not one of those people." 

"In order for Las Vegas to grow it needs to become an active thriving city. And that is hard to do when those in charge don't seem to give a damn, and so to encourage growth I've taken the position as Godfather Chairman of Las Vegas. Our friends and allies support this decision and The Result is looking towards the future now, with myself in The Strip, PlagueGuy in Summerlin and NoahRugs in Paradise. We're hopeful that growth will come in the future, but right now we want to improve what we have, with the first step towards that being taken today." 

With those final words Circle-of-Fire headed back to their new home in The Strip, leaving her capable Right Hand to answer any questions worth replying to. 

Shortly after Vladimir had spoke to his comrades Diego and Enzo about their organized mishaps, he heard Circle-of-Fire speak on tonights events. While a speech should be customary after an inner city removal, it wasn't always done. Nor did it ever address a mutual topic such as the one the newly appointed Godfather-Chairman described. Vladimir was impressed.

"Not that you're seeking anyone's approval in your actions, but I wanted to come out and say I respect them and the time you took to share your city's inner dealings. It must've been extremely difficult to work for someone as stagnant as the deceased Godfather-Chairman. Your decision to take action must've been a very hard one to make. Overall, I think Las Vegas will perform better under your new leadership and I look forward to seeing it. Congratulations on your new appointment as well."

It's quite refreshing to see such a proactive approach to making the city a better place - something i have no doubt you will endeavour and succeed to achieve. It's also great to see the communication come with it. Owning your thoughts and decisions and making no secrets.

The bottom line is, bad leaders are bad for business, and they’re even worse for their crew members.
