There are obviously a lot of choices and there have been some really great documentaries and TV shows lately about Ancient Rome and Romans. I'm expecting to see some familiar names here so I'll get us started right away.

My favourite Roman is Roman Reigns. I think this title run he has been on is tremendous and I think he has been a real draw for awhile now.

if you're talking about romans (nationatily), my favorite roman person is the emperor Marcus Aurelius, as he was a great Caesar and not just a dumb brute ruler, he was also a philosopher.

Roman Polanski was a sick pedophile.  The best Roman ever was Ray Romano.  Everybody loves Ray Romano. That's the end of the list right there. Besides, if you look at any of the statues of the ancient Romans, they had some really fucked up penises.

Times New Roman if my favorite, others are just confusing or not as easily readable, but other than that, I do accept other variations, they are not as good.

My favourite Roman is Roman Roy from the TV show 'Succession' portrayed by Kieran Culkin. He's a really good character. Initially comes across as an obnoxious, selfish rich kid who's just had everything handed to him. But the show does a good job of developing his character into someone that actually has a moral compass, albeit a warped one. And he even shows heart from time to time!

I'd have to say Tiberius. I loved him in Civ 6 and he was also just an overall great dude. 

So Barnabas you met Tiberius? That's how you know he's an overall great dude? 

Well Lala In the game civ 6, he was a great dude. Always an amazing ally as long as you expanded enough.

As an actual emperor, I'd say he was great as well. Although I can't attest for his character personally. 

How about you? You ever met him back when he was alive? 

No I didn't. If I did meet him, then yeah I'd be able to tell whether if he was an overall great dude or not.

Lala, it seems we'll never know how Tiberius was. Perhaps one day he'll come to back to life and we can ask him but that day is not today. 

All I can say is, anyone with the word "beer" pronounced in their name is a great person in my book.
