There appears to be a bug where when the UkraineBall/Ghost of Kyiv resets all your timers, it interferes with the Innocent Blue coloring on profiles/obits, making a blue not a blue because they triggered the Ghost.  We hope to have this corrected shortly. 

If they were not listed as blue at the time of the killing, we will not retroactively do the -10 even if they were since the user would have been unable to tell.
