"Like I told your courier, he got locked up real bad. I told the kid not to get in any sorts of trouble, he don't listen though. He was beatin' up on some other kid from down the road, other side of town, had something real bad out for him, anyway. So, you think you can do anything about it? Or should I go abouts hiring some new faces?" The other man abruptly stood up, having stopped leaning on the desk that he had been perched against. "Tell you what, Al. I've got a proposition for you. I'll get your guy out of jail. Okay?" Al nodded, clearly eager for his employee to be freed from the local authorities. "The thing is, you're going to need to hire some new employees anyway. We are looking to invest in our operations within South Side, and you factor in pretty squarely into our future. That work well enough for you, Al?" Al nodded again, his eyes flashing like fruits on a slot machine. "That sounds like a deal to me, boss. No problem." The other man nodded. He knew it wasn't going to be an issue whatsoever to the upstart entrepeneur. He replied calmly: "I'll see what I can do, then. I've got some new folk to put to the test anyway." The other man left Al's place and went across town to gather a employees for the job. |

In a separate corner of the city, Mark had finally gathered two fresh faces to help alleviate this temporary disturbance in the business operations of the predominant organized crime in South Side, Chicago. KillShot and DarkKlay had volunteered their assistance in freeing the young Sammy from the clutches of the local law enforcement members, although it was yet to be determined how successful they might be. The conditions of the Cook County jail were terrible. The place was largely overstuffed, in part from efforts by local law enforcement to meet quotas and eek out some perceived success within the crime-ridden streets of Chicago, but also because the system was so largely corrupt that any money intended to renovate the place went into the pockets of those that received it. The street was crawling with cops, but they so frequently failed to bat an eye at anyone outside of uniform by the nature of how many people passed back and forth daily, as well as how little attention they paid to matters not regarding their personal safety. Thus, the pair found themselves near the jail, having developed their plans to free Sammy and now being ready to implement them. |

In a Alley two blocks down the road from the police station, standing behind a still running car, both Darkklay and Killshot are going over the plan one last time. "Alright, one last time. We bribe the guards for all their shit. You do have the money on you right" -Killshot "Yes yes. I even made sure to bring a little extra just to make sure we have enough" -Darkklay To the right of Darkklay, sitting on the trunk of the car, there are two envelopes one filled with $5500. The other filled with roughly $9000. "Great. Next step is we'll get dressed and start heading into the station. Then make a request that inmate Sammy be moved to a more secure prison, due to his nature of being a very aggressive individual." -K "So far it sounds exactly like we have gone over a dozen times before." -D "We do this so SOMEBODY doesn't mess up" -K "It was ONE TIME, Get over it already. And it's not like it made much of a difference, we still got the job done didn't we?" -D Killshot looks at Darkklay unamused. Just staring a hole through Klays head. "Fine. Carry on then" -D "Good. Where was I? Oh right we request the transport, if all things go right we load Sammy into the Wagon and drive off without any problems" -K "I got it you do all the negotiating. That isn't my strong suit. I'll take care of the driving and all that stuff" -D "Alright Let's go meet the Guards." -K The two men start heading off to meet the guards that will decide if the plan will even matter. |

The two men start heading towards the designated meeting location of the guards. When they round a corner they see two officers. Both the officers spot the approaching men and straighten up. "Let's hurry up and get this over with we don't want to be seen dealing with lowlifes like you two. As we agreed $1600 for the uniforms, $2000 for the Information, and $2500 for us to be ignorant to all this." -Guard "Slightly more than we planned, but shouldn't be a problem. Although, we would like to add a bit more if you two would be willing to part with your pistols let's say $5000 more for the two guns." -K The two guards look at each other, gauging if they should take the deal. The guards decide to talk if over a few feet away. Killshot and Klay look at each other smugly. As if they knew the pigs couldn't possibly pass up that amount of money. |

The two officers begin whispering and casting occasional glances at Killshot and DarkKlay. From the appearance of the gestures and facial expressions during their exchange it appears the first one wants to take the deal while his partner is hesitant afraid of being caught. t hey turn to face Killshot the bigger guard says "the uniforms and info are fine but we ...just aint sure about the guns." Killshot glances at DarkKlay and shakes his head and chuckles to himself " Boys, boys come on! i aint no cop or nothin but im pretty damned sure you would have to pull months if not a whole year of ..double shifts, graveyard shift and lets not even start with the mountain of paperwork you would have to do just to make the amount of cash we are giving to you right here right now. this is the easiest money you will ever make!" Killshot smirks "so with that in mind ...do we now have ourselves a deal?" |

The two guards looked between each other again, with the shorter one shrugging, and turned back to the pair opposite them. "I suppose we have a deal. With the amount of backroom deals going on for bigger fish, this one for some random kid isn't a big deal. Especially if he ends up just getting locked up again." The bigger guard took off the backpack he had been carrying and put it on the ground in front of KillShot and DarkKlay. He bent down and unzipped the biggest pocket, revealing a pair of police uniforms that were identical to the uniforms that he and his partner were wearing. He also tossed KillShot a jingling set of keys, which looked rusty but functional. "The cell you are looking for is in Cellblock D, third floor of the jail. If you can't make it out the normal way, there's a laundry chute about halfway past Cellblock B, or a fire escape toward the guard office by Cellblock F. Cellblock D is packed in there with slimeballs, so you'll need to push around in there to get your guy. I'd imagine there might be some eager other kids to break out, so you might want to confirm it's the real one somehow. We'll take the money now." |

Killshot takes the time to count out to make sure they are paying the guards the correct amount making sure double check, and triple check. "... $10900, $11000, $11100. Alright, it's all their counted it three times just to make sure. And as a show of appreciation I'll throw in an extra $900 to make it a cool $6000 for each of you" -K The two guards quickly snatch the money from Killshots hand. Looking at each other seeing a smile creep onto their faces. The men turn and start heading off. "Let's hurry up and get dressed." -D Killshot and Darkklay get dressed and look over each other to make sure everything is in order. After checking the men start heading towards the Police Station. When reaching the front doors the two take a deep breath and proceed in, and walk up to the front desk. "Hello, We would like to request a transport for Inmates in Cell Block D. We are here to help alleviate some of the overcrowding going on here. ." -D Waiting patiently for a response the two men take a look around the front area. Sneakily scoping out the area. |

The front desk clerk looks up from his paperwork he was scribbling on. "Oh, great. I imagine you're here for the scheduled transit to uptown." The man checks his watch. "You're a little early. That's fine though. Maybe one of the first in a while to avoid being late. Perfect. Okay." He turns around and unlocks a filing cabinet drawer before thumbing through its contents. He took out a set of papers and placed them on the desk in front for DarkKlay and KillShot. "Fill these out, and then go grab your guys. The faster the better, we don't need any more bodies in this place." A commotion down the hall drew the clerk's attention and a set of officers rushed to the scene, passing through the front lobby. He turned his head and leaned across the desk to get a better peek at what was going on. He winced a bit, with the blows of guard batons on skull cracking through the concrete corridor. "Just go get them, we'll deal with the paperwork later." |

Killshot grabs the papers while the guard at the front desk was peering at hte commotion around the corner. He and DarkKlay begin to make their ascent up the first 2 set of stairs. "Cell Block C" written on the painted brick walls. Killshot thumbs through the paperwork as they proceed to keep climbing up "hmmm jackson, andrews, damn where is he....Bingo! Sam Watson brought in a few days ago charged with aggravated assault". "gotta be him" -D They make it to block D and start proceeding down the corridor every cell filled with men of all different characteristics. ranging from huge bulky men who look like they could bend the bars apart with their bare hands to balding business types that got mixed up in alchohol or unpaid parking tickeets or whatever. they were just put in whichever cell was open no categorization at all. they turn the corner and come to cell 679 inside a scrawny kid with scraggely hair looking like he has not eaten in weeks. he sits in the corner with his head down curled up. "Watson?" The prisoner lifts his head and rises to his feet and slowly approaches "yeah?" Killshot looks around and whispers "Al?" the quick nod and the facial expression on Sammys face confirmed they had the right guy. DarkKlay keeps a look out as killshot hands sammy a short blade and yells out "Put it down NOW!" as he draws his colt "DONT FUCKING MOVE!" Sammy drops the blade placing his hands in the air as DarkKlay fumbles through the chain of rusted keys given to them by the guards. the last key opens the door Killshot tackles Sammy while DarkKlay grabs the knife. shouts and hollering are being heard from the other cells . The two grab Sammy and start to make their way down the corridor |

With Sammy in tow, KillShot and DarkKlay made it through the third floor without trouble, despite their hairs constantly on end with the amount of violent miscreants and armed police officers that resided in the space. Once they reach the first floor, shoving past some figures in the staircase, the trio briefly pauses. Around a corner, the front desk clerk audibly exclaims, in conversation with a different pair of officers, that he was surprised to hear that they were the scheduled transport officers considering the scheduled transport had already arrived! Sammy's eyes widen, when DarkKlay and KillShot look surprised toward one another, in recognition that their most easy exit was blocked. The front entrance, formerly the exit and now out of possibility, the trio required another way to escape the jail without calamity. Remembering the comments of one of the paid guards that there was a laundry chute by Cellblock B and a fire escape off the guard office in Cellblock F, the trio pause briefly to consider their options. |

Killshots heart leapt to his throat FUCK! what to do now? were the alternative exits the officers they spoke to really safe? they could be pulling wool over their eyes. the laundry chute may end up in a basement with washing facilities. where an officer or other people are at the bottom. how do you explain 2 officers and a criminal sliding down into that? The fire escape did not seem any better,. imagine officers on a break at the bottom how to talk out of that without them wanting to help?
K,S made a quick decision that hopefully works. he approaches the 2 officers with an angered look "Are you guys JUST getting here? what did you do stop for coffee and donuts on the way?" shakes the papers "good thing we got this started , you two probably could not handle this yourselves , look at all the prisoners that need to be transported! "To top it all off points at Sammy this fucking prick needs to go to max now! he damn near killed a guy with bare hands and pulls a knife on me! if you got a van ready give me the keys my partner and i will haul his ass out of here so you don't have to deal with it. you can use the transport here to give you more time to gather up the rest. pushes the papers to the officer "start signing and the quicker you can get these guys out of here! holds out hand for van keys

There was a tense silence following KillShot's outburst, with some raised eyebrows and surprised looks between all parties. The ambient voices down the hall and loud steps throughout the concrete building gave body to the sheer chaos of the property, where a mix of crime and justice, whatever it may have manifested as, had festered and rotted for years. Taken aback, the pair of awkward, unpaid guards slowly nodded knowingly and stepped back after one had handed the keys to KillShot. They looked at the desk clerk, who shrugged, and stepped out of the way for DarkKlay and KillShot to push Sammy out the front door. |

Heading down the steps, Darkklay checks over their shoulder to make sure they weren't being tricked. Seeing no one behind them, The two men continue leading Sammy to the transport van, then proceed to load Sammy in and handcuff him to keep up the illusion. Killshot stays in the back with Sammy and hands Klay the keys. After closing the door and locking it, Darkklay jumps into the drivers seat. "Everything all set back there?" -D "All good back here" -K "Alright, Away we go." -D Darkklay turns the van on and backs up, then pulls forward to the exit of the Police station. Making sure both the ways were clear he starts driving off into the direction of the Prison. After driving 5-10 Min in the same direction, He turns left, right, and down a couple of alleys. To try and lose any potential tailing vehicles. Checking his mirrors to make sure, Klay finally starts heading towards Als location. "Just so you know, I asked the boss if we could keep the van for future jobs and he said that would be fine." -D "I know. I was next to you when he said it." -K "Oh. Right. Sorry, My brains all over the place right now." -D "Also, Are we just going to leave the guns and stuff by the back up car?" -D "Yes. We stole the car, Why would we care if they find guns in it, it wouldn't be our problem." -K Upon arriving at Als spot, Darkklay parks the van in a hidden spot to avoid being spotted by anybody passing by. Walking to the back of the van Klay unlocks the doors and starts to unload Sammy. Killshot and Darkklay then start walking Sammy into to meet Al. |

The trio hears a lock click, and Al's face peeks out the backdoor of the auto shop. He squints for a second, given the darkness of the back alley, and then lets loose a big grin. Al steps out of the doorway and motions for DarkKlay, KillShot, and Sammy to enter. After they all pile inside the back office space of Al's shop, he sits down at his desk and takes out a pair of reading glasses to examine something on his desk. "You know, I didn't have too much faith you were going to be able to get in there and out without some sorta issue. But from what I hear, you didn't so much as raise the level of alarm anywhere! Clearly you're naturally skilled at this sort of thing, or else you woulda definitely been worse off." Al puts a wad of cash in front of both DarkKlay and KillShot. "Thank you for a job well done. I hear your boss intends to compensate you as well." He turns to Sammy, "I oughta slap the living daylight out of you, kid, for almost messing up a very bright future." Al furrows his eyebrows. "I'll deal with you later." He turns back to DarkKlay and KillShot again, with a diplomatic smile, "Thank you again for your assistance. I'm not sure what we would have done without you. I have you and the Railyard to thank, and we will be sure to approach our future business cooperation as such. Come by anytime, and we'll be sure to fix up your vehicles for free, in addition to other... activities." Al reaches out to shake hands with both DarkKlay and KillShot, and gestures them to pick up the money on their way out. |
