Giorgio had had several late lunches and meetings with his friend @twigs. They were both in charge of announcing to the underground community of the major changes that would be coming through. Luckily for Giorgio, twigs had already prepared their words for Illu and Coach. He instead would speak to the masses about the other large change within the community.

Giorgio had went to look for his notes but he had realized he had either come ill prepared, or twigs was a dick who had taken his paper. It was probably twigs.

"AND LASTY FOR TODAY... Philadelphia. Sir Vezux is the leader of Philadelphia with Gino & Villanelle currently holding headquarters temporarily to stop the rising gangs within the suburbs over there. Gino & Villanelle will be closing down shop and moving back home to their respective headquarters where they came from"

Giorgio knew exactly where to go now. The hard part was done, but he was still annoyed by twigs.

"And in our final announcement, Mad Hatter has agreed to help us populate the city of Philadelphia in not one, but two districts. After her & twigs had some discussion, it was seen in the best interests of all parties involved that miss Hatter is authorized in Philadelphia and rebuilds her district and another"
