The punishment of the NPC crews, and the current BG killing perk itself ("cleanup"). The alive BG achievement would also be affected. |

Alive players bgs wouldn't be affected in the addition of an alive NPC bg killing perk.
That is a ridiculous purpose. Punishing players that haven't cheated is silliness. |
