As the casino had planned to hold two Poker Tournaments tonight, he felt the need to continue his father's operation: The Iron Bank. Like his father, he wanted to bring back an older era of making money.

"Comrades, I wanted to come to these streets to share that The Iron Bank is reopening its doors. I know some of you may be cautious at first with its past operations, but I ensure you that the older mentality of the bank is long gone. The influence from certain former individuals will not be interfering. The premise of the bank will be the same was it once was before the doors were shut for good. Ultimately The Iron Bank wants to see the criminal community continue to thrive, and grow after the massive war that shook our underground world. He came back out to the streets to give a brief update of the bank's finances. The last 24 hours have been busy for many comrades other than Mikhail. Hoping the money the Iron Bank has loaned out continues to fund rebuilding other cities across the world, he stepped forward to give a glimpse of the bank's operations. 

"Comrades, over the last 24 hours the Iron Bank has loaned out over $120,000,000 to comrades all across our dear nation. Most of which has gone towards rebuilding but there were a few sketchy comrades who might be using it to dice with. Some degenerate called it their "farm". Whatever that means. The "joke" is that Mikhail wants to troll using the name of a business with which was used to cheat because he can at the moment because of who is in power, with no accountability. It's a bad joke because the business was disgraceful, and I figured it'd be fun to pick at that. It is.

Gremlin nods for his bodyguards to part the crowd so he can moonwalk back to his limo thinking about how rich he is.

The company of men helped escort Mikhail back to his car. He was off to meet with his uncle Valinor. Valinor was close with his other uncle Vladimir who fought valiantly along side him in the long war.
