How to Win Gangsters and Influence Godfathers Pt. I of II
Intro: What this Book IsThroughout my time in the mafia life, I have encountered various professional mobsters hoping to climb the social ladder, but to no avail, they have been left feeling defeated and demoralized. I have heard countless stories of people being excluded from Organized Crimes, Being picked Last on Mafia Basketball teams, or even not being considered worthy of being a made man. Many disappointments have surrounded people over my experience in this life so I have taken these stories, held them near and dear to my heart and decided that the only thing that I could do, the only thing I should do, and the only thing I would do is to share my secrets with the Mafia World. Often people ask, How are you such a good recruiter? How are you so good looking? How are you so funny? How do you do cook meals to satisfy the hungry? These questions are all questions that have percolated in my mind and I believe it is now time to reveal one of the most essential functions of being a mobster in this society. A spinoff from a popular book that is currently circulating the streets of civilians and refocused on mobsters I hope this two part series helps you and yours climb the social ladders of our society and helps you to live your best life. This book is in no way a guarantee to make your life better. In fact, the damage your bloodline may have done may make that nearly impossible. But with a little Sugar, Spice, and Support from me, we can get you back into a circle where people may just consider to approach you. Part I of this II part series is all about YOU and how you deal with present yourself before others. All of these little rules, or Credos as I call them, are to be taken chewed with and carefully discerned in your life. Each Credo is split into two paragraphs for your ease of understanding and quick reading and a question to focus your mobster life improvement. I would encourage you to take one Credo a day and slowly meditate on it and be honest with yourself in the questions, how are you doing in this Credo? Before I depart I do want to invite you to consider signing up for the mentor sessions. In these Mentor Sessions I share with you the secrets to Winning affection from the high ranks to the low ranks, I teach you the art of negotiating conflicts, I share with you strategies of effective crew leader leadership, and lastly I import on you a goal driven mind fixated on achieving success that only someone like HeadCoach could attain. May this book be a blessing to you and give you the life you always wanted. Stay tuned for Part II coming out in the next two weeks.
PART ICredo I: Obey OmertaThere is the word in our world known quite well that is called: Omerta. Omerta in its simplest definition means, keep your mouth shut. When Johnny Law comes knocking on your door asking if you know this or that, you keep your mouth shut. When your in the coffee shops and you are starting to get annoyed with someone, keep your mouth shut. When conversations aren't going in the direction you like, don't antagonize just remember to keep your mouth shut. Wars have been fought over people breaking Omerta. Family members, sometimes very high ranking, have been killed for breaking Omerta. Omerta is what separates you and I from them and those. Some call those who break Omerta snitches or rats while some just call them a memory. Basically if someone trusts you with any piece of Information, it is your obligation to keep that quiet and on a need to know basis. Being a person who understands this will be a person who can go far in this life and watch their descendants go on and do great things. Ask yourself, am i revealing things to people that don't need to know? Am I sharing too much information that should remain quiet? Credo II: Be RespectfulSomething everyone loves in this life is the person who shows respect. This is another degree of separation from us to them. The people who show respect are the people who are humble. There is an immediate respect one gives to another based off the dignity of the criminal but there is another altogether newfound respect for the one who chooses to say yes to being a made man in this life and yet their is an altogether greater respect shown to those who lead cities. This type of respect is given not because of who they are but because of what they have done. No one wants to work with someone who is not respectful. Those types of people, the disrespectful type only bring destruction to their crews. Those types of people only bring dismay to their cities. If you have a hard time falling in line then maybe this life is not for you. On a cautionary side, no one likes a brown nosing-kiss up. Its all good and well to show respect and admiration for your leaders but don't flood their mailboxes. Ask yourself, does my crew see me as a brown-noser? Do i see others in my crew kissing up to me and not being authentic? They might be rogues. Credo III: Stand OutSome people come into this world for a variety of reasons. Some plan to find a community to live in and make money, some come for a good time, others look to take over the entire world while still others want to watch it all burn. The reality of it is, most of us have boxed people into certain categories in our minds. You're the type of person who does X repeatedly or wants Y occasionally. So in a world where most of us are categorized or placed within these confines of mafia norms, how do you stand out? How do you be a Z when everyone else is an X? Everyone has their own wants and wishes. They have their own ambitions and goals. What you have to figure out now is how you make those ambitions line up with your goals. How you make them want to help you and wish to be part of what you are doing. So how do you do this? You stand out. You separate yourself from the crowd. You can stand out by getting yourself a large gun, being the most creative and exciting story teller in the land, you can even stand out by actually engaging with people and being upfront with them. Whatever your style is figure that shit out and separate yourself from the pack. Don't be another someone with the same boring ass lines. Be you. Be Unique. Ask yourself? What seperates me from the rest of the crew? What makes me an Individual on this team? Credo IV: Take Interest in your FamilyDon Corleone once shared with his son Sonny, "A man who never spends time with his family can never really be a man." There is so much truth as your family teaches you who you are. They are the ones who continue to help mold you into the person you were intended to become. In our life, this life we live, it is essential to know those who have your back to take a real look at who they are and what they love. This is what separates a crew from a family. A crew just makes money together and a family makes memories. For those who do not seek out to their own family and establish connection are the same who are never sought out, especially by the ones who are supposed to have their back. No loyalty is formed for those who leave lack conversational ability with their family. No respect is found for those who show no interest in others. Ask yourself, Am i loyal to my family? What makes me loyal or disloyal? Are others loyal to me? What have i done to deserve their loyalty? Credo V: Wear a nice SuitThe wearing of a nice suit can take you miles in this life. Those who care for their appearance also care to make good impressions. Wearing a nice suit is a sign that one understands the essential functions of this life and understand how the rules, those spoken but especially those unspoken, work. Wearing a nice suit tends to lower the guard of both new comers and lessens the anxiousness of those who may consider you to be a rogue like threat. Whether you are color coordinated, simple, or even eclectic dawning something so others take notice is a primary way to be recognized as someone notable in this thing of ours and can certainly win you the attention of both gangsters and godfathers. Ask yourself, Do i look like i took time to get dressed in the morning? Do people love to look at what i am wearing on a regular basis? Credo VI: Every Gangster Has a NameCriminals love when others speak our name. It is some sort of trait we all share to be known by others. When we use each others names what we others are hearing is that they are known by us. That they are wanted. That there is some sort of relationship more than just an organized crime partner. This is, by all accounts, the foundation with which we lead our society, community. To begin forming community is to know our members and refer to them by their given names. It speaks volumes when in their mailbox they see their name pop up instead of hi pals. Use this trick next time you need a response. The reality of names is this - knowing a name means you know the identity. It means you see the person behind the suit. This is what its all about, this La Cosa Nostra you and I freely enter into. You must understand that seeking a person out and calling them anything other than a name shows a serious lack of care for the individual. Ask yourself, do my mafia colleagues deserve to be known? Would they be surprised if I called them by name instead of "Laundry Stain?" Credo VII: Keep your Ears OpenAny real criminal knows a thing about getting what they want in this life and that is by keeping your ears open and listening to what is being said. More than that, if you want to establish a secure relationship, listen to what the others convey. Part of listening is asking those questions that will further reveal to you information that you know is necessary to have, information that pertains to your situations. Inviting others to share what is vital to them is like saying to them, listen friend, I care about what you have to say. As they begin to divulge into their stories, and you encourage them to elaborate what you will soon find is that a certain trust is established and next thing you know, you'll find yourself getting busted out of jail because they know you care and they will begin to care about you as well. Ask yourself, do i invite others to share about their stories? Do others express anything about this life that bothers them or hinders their progress that you can lend a helping hand to? Credo VIII: Remember the HistoryIf you take a serious look at credo IV and know focus on each individual you come across with great intent, eventually you will come to know things about these people worth bringing up in future conversations. Some individuals have families, some individuals are traveling somewhere soon, and some well some have nothing interesting going on and you just have to pull teeth to get any sort of personal information from them. Remembering these tidbits of info, jot it down on a note and stick it under their suit somewhere. Then, the next time you need to bring up something positive in conversation or divert the conversation in a new direction for whatever reason bringing up something they shared with you in the past will let them know you care and take an interest in them. Ask yourself, Do others freely engage with me about wars their parents or grandparents took part in? Do I know the birthdays or special events in my mafia friends life?

"Stand out? No. Don't. That is wrong. You are wrong there bud. But Rispretto and Omerta are the ones. Yes. I picked Henson's pocket and fled. I fooled him. I'm laughing. But I respect him. Boat drinks." |

You made a feeble attempt to pick my pockets but ended up just gently grazing my right testicle. You had nothing in your hand but one of my looser pubes. |
