Just a thought, and I am not sure if this has been discussed previously, if so I am sorry to bring it up again. With buying bodyguards the price is always different depending on the rank of the players, so I thought why the training prices are not different for each rank too. To upkeep a Godfather bodyguard you would think it cost a lot more than say a gangsters bodyguard who would be just as newb and fresh than their owner.

I purely see this as a change to increase realism in the game rather than trying to fix the whole defence vs wack issue in the game.

This makes a lot of sense seeing as everything else pretty much goes up as you rank why shouldn't bg training?

Any suggestion that makes a million BGs more dififcult to sustain is a worthy idea.

One that also makes sense, like this one, definitely merits consideration.

Just like to add that I'm all for this idea.

Only drawback I can think of is people being held at Wise Guy so they can train their BGs cheaper and still have monster guns.

The big hitters in real life were usually Wise Guys and Made Men.

I support this idea but i would like to see a fixed price for Bodyguards aswell to prevent having IWP Gangsters; same price for BGs for every rank. Around 3m~?

This idea is going to make it harder to sustain your bodyguard count, in the end, make it EASIER to kill a man with thousands of Bodyguards.

It wont make it any easier, though. Overall I agree with the thought behind the idea, as Chuckle said, anything that goes towards preventing people from having a crazy amount of bodyguards is good. But if people think its those in power that will suffer from this, they are sadly mistaken.

All this would mean is there is less money for the Godfathers, myself included obviously, to help out the rest of their city. Which, in itself goes toward what Chuckle was saying.

So, as I said, I think its a good idea, but people should maybe also realise its unlikely to be the people at the top of the food chain that it hurts.
