What is a guilty pleasure movie that you will defend with your life but most people would perceive as a "bad movie"?

I got many picks personally:

Thirteen Ghosts, Jason X, Scooby Doo the Movie, Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed and the entire Lepreachaun franchise. 

Stardust (2007)

Shes all that (1999)

Cabin in the woods (2011) 

Any dumb fatal attraction-esque movie. Roommate comes to mind - it's dumb and formulaic, but there's something about watching a cluster of former CW stars pretend to be college-aged sociopaths that just warms my heart. It's like, whenever I feel like I'm doing a bad job, I remind myself that someone wrote the script for a movie like this and got paid big bucks for it, so I might just make it out there after all.

Not only a guilty pleasure, but quite possibly the greatest movie of all time. "Strange Brew". The only reason I mention it here as a guilty pleasure is because that's what most people would consider it. For me, it's the epic saga of two Canadians struggling to make their way in the world, fighting against the forces of evil who want only to crush their spirit. It's a modern day Shakespearean morality play about the battle between good and evil.

Napoleon Dynamite is probably at the top of my list, it's AMSR for my soul. I could add a few others, like Zombieland, Dumb and Dumber, and What We Do in the Shadows, although I don't think those are necessarily bad movies. Underappreciated, maybe. 

Deep Blue Sea is completely ridiculous but a guilty pleasure movie I used to always sit through if I caught it on TV back in the day. One of the all-time great Sam L. Jackson movie speeches too. 

There are quite a few movies that got one star, but that I found quite pleasurable and thrilling to watch. A few thrillers and horrors than when I think about them right now aren't really belivable in a way that could give you any emotion, but maybe back when I watched them I felt differently.

  I have several   The Godfather,  Goodfellas,  Donnie Brasco.  Guess you could see why I might have been drawn to this game. 

Anaconda. There's another stupid big animal movie. Jon Voight is absolutely ridiculous.

My guilty pleasure movies are anything involving the Despicable Me franchise. 

I'll even go see them in theaters. Yes, yes this even includes the Minions spin offs. 

I'm already planning ahead to see the Minions: Rise of Gru, coming out this Friday. I'm sure you've seen the advertisements for it everything and on everything. 

You'll find me there within the week, popcorn and soda in hand, and fully ready to enjoy it.
