Why don't we all just agree that if a grand piano was being hoisted into a high-rise apartment building by maverick grand piano transporters, who didn't want to go to the expensive of acquiring a permit or forming an effective cordon of the pavement area below where the piano was being raised, and the hoist carrying the piano was to unfortunately snap as a pedestrian walked into "the drop zone", sending the piano hurtling towards the earth, then it should probably be HeadCoach who gets turned into a paving slab, right?
