"hTe world of organised crime has been ROCKED by SHOCKING revelations this week.  We have received information that a prominent city in this thing of ours has been under sustained attack from a crack unit of shooters, Hell bent on killing as many members of one district as possible.  We have been unable to ascertain the reasons for the shooter's animus, but it has been DEADLY.

Nine men lie dead, ranging from a Consigliere, to a lowly associate.  The cost to the district is incalculable.  

For fear of reprisal, we are not naming which district or city this action has been taking place in.

But what we CAN reveal is that a VERY substantial sum of money was given by the city head to a leading member of the Shooter team.

Or, to put it another way, a city head paid off a rogue.  

Conflicting reports suggest that the rogue immediately shot several members of the city he had previously been targeting.  Our sources tell us that the Communications Officer for the Shooters was himself gunned down in an unrelated incident and had not had time to brief all members.

We must ask you, the peon masses:

SHOULD CITY HEADS PAY ROGUES NOT TO ROGUES?"

I realize this question was directed specifically at the peon masses, of whom I lead but do not consider myself a part of or in any way similar to, but from personal experience as of about 10 minutes ago I can tell you that Detroit has rejected a proposal from an unnamed rogue spokesperson for cash in return for promises of peace. This was easy for us to do, as we are very cash poor and also treasure violence in all of its forms. JFMAST funerals are known to be some of the most celebrated activities that we partake in as a crew, and I field daily complaints from my team that more of us do not perish on a regular basis.

Sal walks out to speak not because he has to but because he is old school.  He looks at the small crowd and clears his throat.  

Ladies and Gentlemen I come to you to inform you that the young man that was known as BorisJohnson had to be dealt with for internal reasons.  Those reasons have noting to do with him speaking in these streets.   It stemed for his actions after his speech which his heir will surely scream out saying it was because of his speech.  His actions towards me was direct and deliberate.  It is not and will not and should never be tolarated.  Therefore he was sent to the great beyond.   Thank you for your time and attention.
