"We expected to tolerate that which cannot be tolerated.  We have been asked to turn the other cheek, all the while being slapped across the face.  We are expected to accept that an entire society can be wiped out because of a non-contentious joke being told by someone who isn't the person executed for said joke.

Having watched HuckleBerryFinn live in situ in Chicago, action was taken.  The CND was born.

WHO ARE THE CND?

Chicago Needs Death - CND

Because Chicago does need death, and plenty of it.  They need to live in fear.  CND wiped out a third of Mark's crew, and then, quietly, HBF was dropped.  And then he was killed.  

So, should CND have stopped?  Perhaps.  But then our spies within Chicago (one of whom we killed to retain their cover - sorry dude) tell us that the supposed "Godfather Chairman" is actually just biding his time before dragging us all into yet another crazed death spiral.

When is a Godfather Not a Godfather?

Allow a moment to digress.  Suggestive of the moral decline and decadence of Sickago is @Illuminiated's claim to be "Godfather" of Chicago.  He is not.  He has no right to claim that title.

History shows us that one, and only one, non-ranked leader could claim the title Acting Godfather, and that was the late Richard_Kuklinski.  RK earned his title by being the last man standing in the fine city of Las Vegas.  Illuminiated, despite CND's successes, cannot claim this.  it is not true.

He is not a Godfather.  We will kill a member of his city every two days if he does not relinquish this title.

CND - aims and objectives

So, what do we want?  Simple.  We want Godfathers to earn their titles, jokes to be freely told, and a rock solid assurance (backed up by a substantial financial deposit) that Chicago will not wipe out the rest of society, for whatever reason they dream up.

IS THAT UNREASONABLE?

So far, we have killed 11 members of Chicago, including some of their heavy hitters, top earners, and biggest personalities.  Illuminiated will be the first to acknowledge that our intelligence is top notch.  We are not hitting No Name C's - we're going for the backbone of the city.

How are we getting this intel?  Well, Illuminiated, and his mute, ineffective lapdog Mark, may be the ones wearing the bold suits, but their city is more leaky than an accidently killed allied pro-wacker's bullet wounds.  We have our sources.  And they are good.

Myst for example was killed because of her lineage - a lineage that suggest she'd have risen fast and far in the death cult that is Chicago.  We stopped her.  She's dead.  CND killed her.  You're welcome.
