To reduce overhead and keep the site peppy, we use certain cleanup procedures of older data - one of which is mobmail age. As of now, the new 'the system deletes old ass stuff' dates are as follows: Inbox = anything older than 30 days gets deleted Pinned = anything older than 1 year gets deleted Archive = Anything older than 1 year gets deleted Sent = Anything older than 30 days gets deleted Dead = Anything older than 30 days gets deleted, regardless of pinned/archive status (Long story short, we have extended the archive, pinned and dead mail's length of time, so, if you want to keep a mail long term, archive it or pin it, and don't die) |
