When i was growing up i always knew there was something different.

The kids would go to their dances and football games and i stayed at home.

I didn't mind it much until i stated getting the urges.......

Couldn't quite figure it out at first.

Then one sunny day on my 13th birthday dad bought me a bb gun and a pocket knife.

Of course most young kids when they obtain a firearm they misuse it in some way.

Me, i decided to take out a Robin. After it hit the ground i watched as it twitch and gasp for air.

The feeling of seeing the bird as it fluttered filled me with something and eased thee urge.

Then i remembered my trusty pocket knife.

I whipped it out and flung it open to watch the chrome twinkle in the sun.

While pushing the knife deeper and deeper i began to feel whole.

The red colored blood felt nice and warm at the tips of my fingers.

Then i heard my father yell for me to come back in.

Hastily, i wiped the knife clean and hid the birds corpse.

When asked how the hunt went; (which was supposed to mean shooting at cans).

I replied, not bad at all dad! I think i may have found a new hobby!

My father smiled and i turned to go into my room.

As i lay in the bed it came to me....Im a natural born killer.
