Honestly for me is about efficiency and quickly getting through an airport, so Warsaw Modlin airport and Zaragoza Airport are great for me, they don't have much to offer shop/bar wise, but are small airports with limited traffic, less delays and less issues that way and also in warsaw modlins case only had to be there 45 minutes to an hour before the flight and took about 15 minutes entering airport to gate.

I hate stanstead, is out of the way, always massive queues but it has everything when you get in which i know many people want.  I just want to be in and out though.

small ones with not a lot of people. I can tell you what’s not my favourite airport - Orlando. That place might be the most unorganized airport I’ve seen. Just scary bad.

Haven't been too many. Schiphol would be nice, but you can't smoke anywhere, so in the bin it goes. Also, it's incredibly chaotic these days. Luton is a bit middling. Ohrid St. Paul The Apostle Airport, though not very impressive has a nice name, so it's gotta be my favourite.

I've only been to a few airports that aren't in the US, so my favorite one (as a kid at least) was the Denver International Airport. I have no idea how actually "good" the airport is, but I always looked forward to landing there as they have long conveyor belts to bring you to your gate. My sister and I would entertain ourselves for hours running up and down these belts, weaving in and out of other travelers. Good times for sure.

Been a while since I flown. But been to a few that I would rather avoid. Instabul in Turkey and Heathrow to name two. Modern places but man you need hiking boots to get to the gates and/or a picnic to take along. That '2hours before flight' thing they say to allow you time to get through all is cutting it fine! Gatwick on the other hand is more of a 'Squareish' airport so it isn't forever long corridors that go on and on. 

Doha and Singapore come to mind immediately, they're both extremely impressive and easily two of the best airports I've been through. Paris is also very nice. Conversely, all of my worst airport experiences come from the US. 

I absolutely LOVE people watching at terminal 5 at Ohare airport. Its the international one. The reason it's so fun to watch people is they always come out in some weird daze after being on a plane for hours on end, like they don't really understand whats been going on in their lives. Plus terminal 5 is just an absolute shithole of a terminal with a terrible Mcdonalds and then like 1 little shop that sells suitcase locks and adaptors for plugs. 

Its a magical experience. 

My all time favorite airport has to be in Key West, FL. 

That little sucker is so tiny that you'd have to be blind to get lost in! There's hardly any people to bother you, and the TSA lines are shorter than my patience! 

I haven't been to that many, but always love landing in San Diego.  Feels like you're dropping right down into the city.
