Clone war in Los Angeles Started by: Quetzalcoatl on Sep 26, '22 07:02

It was Saturday morning, September 24, when Quetzalcoatl was ready to go shopping. Very occasionally she gave in to this luxury to go to the shops to see if there was anything nice for sale. She had read in the papers that clothes and shoes were on sale. And what woman did not want to have new clothes and shoes.

Just as she was about to grab her bag to leave, there was a knock on her door. It was Victoria who informed her of a message she had received from Twentone. He had called everyone to say that TylerDurden's cloned army was making its way into Pasadena. This cloned version was 100 men in size. That was a huge setback. Something Quetzalcoatl did not expect would happen in Los Angeles.

She called Twentone to ask where he needed her help. He told her that his uppers had been playing a joke on each other and that one of them hadn't appreciated this. Twentone had not spoken to the two yet, but it seems one is in the hospital and the other has disappeared. Until now it was still a mystery, but one that will be solved, but not right away. Twentone asked Quetzalcoatl if she could help and bring as many other hitters as possible.

Of course, Quetzalcoatl left for Pasadena right away. She was ready to go out anyway, but she had to leave her bag at home. She picked up her gun and left for Pasadena.

Along the way, she met a lot of people who were also on their way to Pasadena. It was clear from their uniforms that they came from all corners of the country. Even at her birthday party some time ago, not so many people had turned up. She had to admit that of course eliminating an army was more exciting then a party were only drinks and snacks are served.

Arriving at Twentone's Headquarters, Gremlin was waiting for her to escort her to the conference room where all the other Godfathers and crew leaders were sitting. On the way to her seat, Quetzalcoatl could just grab a cup of coffee. Because after this trip she could use that.

Gremlin took the floor and, of course, first thanked everyone who had responded to Twentone's call.

"The plan is simple. This incursion of this clone army needs to be cleared up as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they all have a default protection that needs to be eliminated first. We have a plan in place to make sure that this protection is removed as soon as possible, so that afterwards the snipers can do their job. Take good note of the plan which will also ensure a quick elimination of this large clone army."

Quetzalcoatl saw everyone nod in agreement and everyone rushed out to tell their own hitters what the plans were. Quetzalcoatl also walked out and saw the crowd divide and head out in all directions to eliminate the clone army in Los Angeles.

She turned to Gremlin and Twentone and suggested that she ask Victoria to gather people who could not help eliminate the clone army, but who could help prepare a big pot of soup. Everyone who helped out had to be given the opportunity to get something to eat. That was the least we could do to reward this group of volunteers.

Of course Gremlin and Twentone agreed to this proposal and they also left to tell their members the plans. Quetzalcoatl turned to tell Victoria about the food-making plans, but of course she had heard this already. Moreover, she knew Quetzalcoatl well enough to know what her intentions are.

Quetzalcoatl picked up her gun and looked around to see ColleenPerez running away. Quickly, Quetzalcoatl aimed her gun at ColleenPerez and fired.

"That is one less".

While the meeting was being held, Victoria stood outside the headquarters mumbling and grumbling to herself, occasionally kicking the brick exterior. "I made a speech," she would said, her body constantly in motion while she threw a very dignified, and not the first, tantrum. Once that was out of her system for the day, she started doing her goddamn job, making note of who was in the crowd, counting heads and preparing lists in her own head. This wasn't the first time something like this had happened, although it was the first time it had affected Los Angeles which was disappointing, to say the least.

"Right, you there," Victoria said loudly, pointing at one of the faces that was familiar enough that she'd not get any flack for demanding their help, "we're going to need to set up a few things, and you're now going to be my lackey, congratulations on your terrible promotion." Victoria said to them before clapping her hand to their shoulder. "Long hours, at least more than one a week, and an endless amount of mails." She sighed, "I wrote a speech you know..." she was heard saying as they started working on the list of tasks in her head.

By the time Quetzalcoatl had emerged from the building, Victoria had procured an apron, the pockets holding bandages, her gun that was mostly for looks, and a wooden spoon. "I've done it." she said to her, nodding her head. "Not the soup, that I can get started on," Victoria told Quetzalcoatl with a wave of her hand behind her where activity was bustling.

"I've done the whole, made a speech, woe is me, blah blah yada-yada-yada tantrum." Victoria said. Quetzalcoatl had seen a few of them in the last several weeks. While not the most becoming of activities for a Right-hand-woman, once she got it out of her system, Victoria would always be mostly smiles, seriousness and a very effective help. Certainly for at least more than a hour a week.

"Food I can manage," Victoria said to Quetzalcoatl before grinning broadly and holding up her wooden spoon, "but should we set up a few areas for those wounded to go and get checked out?" Victoria asked.

Looking around the streets of Los Angeles she pointed out a few businesses that were perhaps less thriving than they should be, "Few places around we could easily pay off to take over for a week or so," Victoria said to Quetzalcoatl knowing that these were details that might make a big difference in the battle to defend their homeland.

Hera had just woken up when she heard commotion outside. She looked out her window and saw some familar faces. The clone army. She sighed. It was going to be long day, or even a week.

She got ready and took her gun and rushed to Pasadena where her boss, along with other crewleaders and Godfathers had called for a meeting.

After the meeting was held, she returned to her headquarters and found out the clone army had attacked. Even though the members managed to save themselves, they couldn't save the building. It was damaged beyond repair. There were injured bodygaurds lying all around, with a couple medics attending to their wounds. Quite a few of them were her own bodyguards. Even thinking about the expenses made her get a headache. But this wasn't the time to worry about money.

She ordered the members to gather outside the building to share the plans but only a couple showed up. Apparently some had gone on holidays while others were suffering from some strange illness. She had mails sent out to those on vacation to return and get back to work. Then she took out her own gun and headed out to eliminate the troublesome members of the Durden crew.

Isabella listened intently and found herself envying any woman who could go shopping. Shopping was not always in the cards for her. The fact is shopping was a rarity. She shakes her head of that yearning and moves onto her next thought. Soup, particularly homemade she fancied. Sadly, she did not possess any such recipe.

On this somewhat chilly morning Isa decides she must head out to LA to warm up.

Vidal was awoken in his sleep by telegrams sent to his headquarters from his friends over in Los Angeles. The telegram stated that there was a clone army that was invading Pasadena. Vidal shook his head and sighed.

"Not again," he said quietly.

Vidal jumped up, threw his clothes on, and summons his bodyguards to grab him the quickest flight to Los Angeles so that he could help his friends. As he was on the flight, he sent out a telegram to his whole family, to find the quickest flight to Los Angeles to help the fight. As he arrived Downtown, he noticed a guy named Jordanepstein, who looked well protected by his entourage. Knowing he couldn't get a clear shot of the man, he took a shot at his bodyguards and killed two. Vidal then ran into the airport bathroom so he wouldn't be traced. Minutes later, Vidal, with his bodyguards, walked out of the bathroom and grabbed the nearest cab. He was on his way to meet up with Twentone and Gremlin to devise a plan to kill the clones.

BOYSON went to LA for some business and sunshine. After robbing the local post office he decided to head for the beach and relax, when out of nowhere bullets came flying, wounded one of his bodyguards. BOYSON quickly pulled out his gun and opened fire at the assailants, he managed to killed one of the bodyguards. Unfortunately Breister was able to flee the scene.

Knowing that Breister is part of the clone army and now sighted in LA, this could only mean one thing... An invasion. BOYSON went to find some LA family members and joined them in the hunt for the clones.

Totally tiring with clones still harving around in Pasadena, his little gun just visits shooting now and then. Sad not being better at shooting so we faster could make those ones killed faster and also suffer even more.

I have also a small feeling why theyre in here, it must be the their uppers are in love with some gals in LA.

Anyway damn good job all taking care of this issue. Im soon back also with my watergun.

Bullets flew everywhere. Luckily BOYSON had some bodyguards whom took all the hits. Many of them got hit, until the point that some almost died. As a good employer, BOYSON  reached out to the Godmother of LA, Quetzalcoatl , seeking her blessing to retreat with his bodyguards so he could have them patched up.

With the Godmother's blessing, BOYSON gathered his bodyguards. While firing their final shots at the clones, they managed to get on the truck nearby and sped off out of town. Once they reached Las Vegas, BOYSON directed the driver to get them to the nearest hospital.

Luckily the doctors managed to patch up most of them, everyone made it. Even though not everyone is healed completely, they were treated a quick meal before following BOYSON back to LA to finish off what's left of the clones.

Quetzalcoatl stood next to PasadenaCL__'s dead body and immediately began to feel the fatigue of the past few days. She couldn't even remember when this had all started. Was it one week ago? Maybe two? The lack of sleep began to be felt. She looked around and saw all the cheering people. Quetzalcoatl wanted to thank the sniper who had shot PasadenaCL__, but as always, it remained a mystery who had done so. But it was not like there was only one shooter to thank.

Victoria arrived with a cup of coffee and a piece of chocolate.

"That will fix you up. There is a come together organized at the square in Pasadena, so we can serve everyone some food and drink and maybe say thanks, too."

Of course Victoria was right. It was incredible how many people had come to Los Angeles to eliminate these clone crews. And everything was not without risk. Even most of the trained bodyguards were carted off to the hospital injured. There were also some who did not survive.
Quetzalcoatl accompanied Victoria back to Pasadena to listen to the words of Gremlin, the Godfather Chairman of Los Angeles who would address the crowd.

On the way, they walked past their Headquarters in Hollywood. Quetzalcoatl had not been there since the start of this war and was shocked that all the forts were down.

"Surely also the work of the clones?" asked Quetzalcoatl to Victoria.

Victoria could only nod. It was sad to see hard work by everyone in Hollywood destroyed so quickly. But Quetzalcoatl never sat back and wrote down in her notebook that priority should be given to rebuilding the forts.

Arriving at the central square in front of Twentone's headquarters, Quetzalcoatl saw that these forts had also been taken down. But there was also another flag on the building. Actually two. One hung half-mast and the other proudly aloft. She looked questioningly at Victoria.

"Twentone did not survive this clone war. They are still in mourning here in Pasadena, but now that the clone war is over I do think they too will resume their daily concerns."

Coming inside, Quetzalcoatl saw the other Los Angeles leaders standing together and Quetzalcoatl walked over to them. They looked visibly relieved to see Quetzalcoatl come in. Something was clearly going on.

Steveo, Gremlin's right-hand man pulled her out of the crowd and began to speak.

"Gremlin was going to give thanks to all who helped, but he collapsed when he got here. We quickly moved him to a bed to keep everyone from seeing what was going on. We are still looking into what is going on with him. There are many possibilities, which may not become public. My first thought is that the combination of fatigue with not eating and drinking enough has become too much for him. But that is an assumption of mine. So basically, the question is can you do the thank you to all the people?"

Quetzalcoatl was immediately concerned for Gremlin, but Steveo was right. It must be fatigue and not enough food and drink. She had almost collapsed herself, but Victoria had taken good care of her. Often she would run into her and had brought her sandwiches and water.
Quetzalcoatl nodded agreement and asked all the other uppers still in the building to join her outside. She climbed onto the makeshift pulpit and began to speak.

"Welcome everyone.

I wanted to say a thank you on behalf of all the Godfathers, crewleaders and their hands for the job we have all done here together. When the two clone crews arrived in Pasadena, we had no idea that another crew would arrive two days later. A total of 150 men with a large army of bodyguards. This was a task that Los Angeles could not do alone and all the other cities were immediately asked to come and help.

This was answered in a big way and a huge army from all parts of our world came to Los Angeles to help. That resulted in an incredible eight-day battle. There were injuries, there were casualties on our side, but fortunately all 150 invaders and their bodyguards have now been referred to the eternal hunting grounds, as our ancestors would call it.

We would therefore like to thank everyone who helped to finish this job. I cannot mention all the names, of course, because a lot of people worked from the shadows.

I know everyone is exhausted and would like to go home and rest, but I hope you will nevertheless stay for a while to enjoy the gigantic buffet made under Victoria's leadership. They did their best to make up for the lack of food and drink and made the buffet. There is also plenty to drink.

Our thanks again to everyone who helped out and let's hope a job like this does not happen again."

Quetzalcoatl walked over to the buffet and grabbed a glass of Prosecco from the table and drank it in one gulp.

Victoria came up to her and started talking about a speech she had written. Quetzalcoatl looked at her and began to think.

"A speech? You had written a speech for me to read? I don't understand you very well."

Shaking her head, Victoria walked away, but Quetzalcoatl didn't have time to ask her what she meant. Daiquiri came over to her and they walked together to the food buffet and began to fill their plates.

After a long week of battling clones, BOYSON was tired, dirty and hungry. But it's done. It's good to see so many people came together to fight this evil. Together with the others BOYSON walked to the central square. It appeared to be some sort of gathering over there.

Arriving at the square, you could see a huge amount of food prepared and presented so nicely. And drinks, lots of drinks.

"Damn, I surely could use some of those. I could eat a horse!"

Moments after everyone arrived at the square, Godmother Quetzalcoatl, alongside the other uppers of LA appeared before the crowd. She welcomed everyone and shared their gratitude to all who helped in the past few long days. Before ending her speech, she asked us to help ourselves with the food and drinks.

BOYSON couldn't help himself but to grab the first beer he saw and chugged it in one go, right before he filled his plate like there is no tomorrow.

*Brrrrrp*

"That was good!"

Hera was returning home after seeing her bodyguards in the hospital when she came across the Godmother of Hollywood delivering a speech expressing her gratitude towards those who helped in the battle against the clone crews. She also saw people gathering for a buffet.

At one of the tables she found BOYSON filling his plate with food and chugging beer. She chuckled at the sight of it. He deserved it. In fact, all the people, who risked losing their lives (and their bodyguards'), that came to help fight against the clones deserved to enjoy this day.

Hera also saw Frank-Costello and LonelyWolf sitting at a table, drinking beer. She grabbed herself some and went to join them.

"Hi. I hope you're enjoying the beer here. Why don't you try some of the grilled chicken as well? It smells pretty good over there."

"Grilled chicken, did someone say grilled chicken?!?!"

BOYSON overheard a conversation on the table next to him. It was HERA, Frank-Costello and LonelyWolf. Obviously, BOYSON would love some grilled chicken and totally missed it while he was filling his plate earlier. He stood up and walked to the buffet searching for those delicious grilled chicken that was mentioned.

"Ahhh, there you are!"

BOYSON was so delighted by the sight of it and decided to take one whole basket of them, luckily there were plenty, more than enough for everyone. On the way back, he asked a waitress to bring some beer as he pointed to the table where HERA and the others were sitting.

Approaching the table, with one hand holding the basket of chicken, BOYSON waved.

"Hey guys, heard you guys say something about chicken? Well, hope you guys are still hungry! Mind if I join you? Oh,and more beer is on it's way."

BOYSON put the chicken down on the table and grabbed himself a chair. While he seated himself, the waitress arrived with the beer he ordered and she got tipped generously.

"CHEERS guys!"

Hera was about to take a sip of the beer when she saw BOYSON coming over with a basket full of grilled chicken in his hand and waving at them.

"Hey BOYSON!" she greeted him, "I see you're loving the feast! Here, CHEERS!"

She chugged down her beer. It felt rather refreshing after a busy day. She had already started to forget the tiring week she and the others had to get through. But then her stomach started to grumble. She hadn't eaten anything since the morning and needed something to fuel herself up with.

"Excuse me, I'll get myself something to eat."

Hera got up and took some food on her plate and returned to the table. She ate and decided to get back to her HQ to help with the repair work.

"Sorry but I'll have to leave early. I have a tiring day ahead. Don't be shy to fill yourselves up before returning home!"

Hearing the speech made by Queztalcoalt, and seeing the dead body of the leader of the clones it was a relief the clone war was over.

The feast that LA had put on was grand and it amazed me to see the large crowd that has gathered and that helped us to fight for our streets. I grab a cold beer and spot an empty seat. On my way to sit and relax I make sure to thank everyone that I pass.

It is time for me to admit the truth...

This will be hard to believe for most. (For it is more than likely something nobody from this time period could even phantom) But here goes...

I am a time traveling scientist from the year 2022 in the future.  In my time cats have mutated and developed voices and our superiour intelects have been revealed.  Dogs rule over half the world, while cats rule the other half, and an on-going war is waged between the two factions.

In a bid to wipe out all cats for good the dogs researched and meddled with human DNA and finally succeeded in cloning humans as weapons of mass destruction in the year 2021, humans were chosen as they have a history of destruction and total disregard for life which makes them the perfect weaponised biped.

In just one year the humans had taken over 95% of the planet forcing felines and canines to join forces in a last attempt to regain a foot hold on earth.  Moments before the human clones released a nuclear warhead, we managed to produce a time machine and a few seconds before the entire Earth was reduced to ash a few floating rocks, I managed to jump into the time portal and arrived here in the time you call the present.

I have one mission to destroy all human clone technology so that history does not repeat itself, but it now seems that from another branch of time the human clones also sent them some clones back in time.  The objective is clear no matter how many of them are sent back in waves they must all be defeated.................

*Yawn* *makes long over exaggerated yawning noises *Yawn*

Oh hold on a second I'm not sure if that was a dream or if that really happened now, it seemed so real, I think i need to chill out of the cat nip!

*To be on the safe side Raw_Kitten pledges to himself, that wherever and whenever there is a clone war, the claws will indeed come out!*

MY advice: Keep your minds and your claws sharp, the clones can strike at any time.

Oh, and go easy on the catnip it can give you very vivid dreams.
