El_Nino steps outside his slowly developing HQ to address the streets.
As many of you have noticed, this thing of ours has seen a mass of immigrants arrive on our shores. With the slow but steady development of The Lost Souls, a full HQ indicates that the time appears ripe to commence stage two.
Today I come before you to announce that I am authing a captain to help me work on this beautiful city. I will continue with the development of around the docks and hollywood, JD will concentrate on the east side of the city.
JD will be taking the helm of The Forgotten Souls. Having proved himself to be both helpful and dependable, he has also shown me he is right man to be training my future members.
So now, it is my pleasure to introduce JD to his very own HQ in Los Angeles. |

Thank you everyone for the fine turn out! I would not be standing here today if it wasn't for a long list of people who i won't bore you with as they all know who they are and i shall thank them in private.
I also must thank the support people have shown this fine spring evening the messages of support.
LA is a fast and upcoming city, myself and my new family are eagerly looking forward to the challenge that is in front of us and working with the fine people from The Lost Souls
