As the murky dust from the recent war events began to settle, it was time for another addition to the city of Los Angeles.

Leftalone acquired the keys from Godfather Jhonny-Sketches for the new headquarters located a few miles away from the main business district in Pasadena.

This residence was meant to offer shelter for those who survived the bloodshed.

He was told it was an old establishment with significant importance that withstood the test of time. It used to belong to members of aristocracy and stayed abandoned for numerous years since the most recent owners passed away.

Leftalone reached the given location and witnessed a stunning chateau that went beyond his expectations. It appeared to have a Baroque architecture that originated in late 16th-century Italy, offering an intricate design and ornaments on its exterior. In front of the building, a magnificent fountain was installed, with marble plaques inscribed with names that probably belonged to the deceased royal family and two round vasques, one above the other.

"With some delicate renovation the place will surely regain some of its past glory", Leftalone thought to himself.

And thus the decision was taken, Hermitage would be brought back to life and house those who were most in need.

"Congratulations dear sir."

Hiro bows for the Godfather before him.

"Will there be a party to celebrate?"

Jhonny hits the gas pedal spilling his tea all over his fine suit. Before going to court, Jhonny had to visit the Hermitage and it's new owner, Leftalone.

"Fuck this cup of tea." - Jhonny throws the cup off of his car window, accidently hitting a taxi cab. - "Comon Jhonny, it's the man's day, he deserves only the best. This court case ain't even paying me enough anyways, i will call in for a suspension."

Jhonny keeps kneating throught the heavy traffick...

"Hey Paperinik, you were not even in this story, but now you are. So, what do you think of Don LeftAlone finally stepping up?" - He looks to the passenger seat. - "He proved his guts, right? In this thing of ours, it's worth more than gold."

After reaching for the Hermitage highquarters, the two men drop off. Jhonny takes a look at the building that stood prominently in front of him while liting a cigarette. The building was solid, like a fortress. Unmatchable, Jhonny thought to himself.

While the two men walked toward the building, the were spotted by LeftAlone.

"Hey there my friend, is everything going as planned? You are finally seting up your own operation, will be a pleasure to see you rise to the top, you are damn capable." - Jhonny slaps Paperinik in his shoulder. - "Right?"

Jhonny smiles and hugs LeftAlone.

"Im fucking proud of you! I could never find another underboss like you two. My most valuable friends and partners."

The three men laugh at eachother.

"By the way LeftAlone and Paperinik, do you have a spare cigarette? I forgot to buy more"
