The night was dark, Thunder peeled in the distance. Lightening lit up the sky over Chicago. An old Asylum for the mentally insane stood on top of a hill. It would make a great HQ for someone with the stones to make it theirs. "What rough beast, slouches towards bethlahem to be born" reverberated within TheBeast's head. A new day would come, but not yet, not tonight.

TheBeast greeted his old friend Tutte warmly.

 "Thank you sir for your welcome, you are always welcome in Chicago. Please feel free to stop by anytime."

Congrats on the step-up, TheBeast! Glad to be working with you here in Chicago. Should be a fun ride for us all!

hearing the news of the thebeast getting permission to join the families in Chicago was exciting news. 

Orazio_Udinese rushed to the streets to listen to the speach and those around the newest crewleader to enter the ranks of mighty and powerful. aproaching the man Orazio_Udinese offered him his hand to shake and then a cigarette should he want one.

Many congratulations to you and well done for sugh an outstanding achievement i am sure you will do great things in the city

Orazio_Udinese lit his own cigarette and stepped back to carry on watching the congratulations and celebrations happen in the stressts.

After so many rotations around the sun, HaroldBogtrotter knew deep in his wizened soul when to appreciate good things in life and ignore the bad. Which was why he was out here in public this miserable cold winter day. It wasn't quite cold enough for snow, but the clouds still wanted to piss-down upon their heads as a reminder of the months ahead. 

With his hat firmly on his head HaroldBogtrotter waited for those who came to speak to the newest leader in the lands to complete their congratulations, smoke their cigars and do whatever it is that these youths of today did to celebrate. HaroldBogtrotter knew patience was a virtue and he was willing to wait. 

Once it was his turn he approached TheBeast and reached his hand out to shake. "Congratulations on your appointment in Chicago." HaroldBogtrotter said to him, his voice betraying a history of long drunken nights full of cigarette smoke. 

"Hopefully now with your assistance the world can know peace, true peace." HaroldBogtrotter said before flinching as a shot rang out in the distance. "Or perhaps not." HaroldBogtrotter said in a mutter before nodding his head, "Again, congratulations." and taking his leave the haggard old man walked away on his uneven gait. 

Hands shoved in his pockets, head bowed to fight off the wind in his face. Winter was rough, but it seemed that his latest venture into this life was going to be even rougher.
