Colditz got his name, not from  the famous castle that is cousin escaped from, but from just cold demeanour and German ancestry.  Cold Fritz became Colditz when it became less acceptable to use the terminology Fritz.  Or maybe it was for another reason.  That's possibly unimportant.

But Colditz was a man with a mission.  And that mission was to create and sell music.
