"Nowadays, we don't hear so much about the wars that have happened.  I suppose there is peace.  Peace of a sort anyhows.  But it wasn't always the case.

See, in the past, when the wars happened, a lotta people would die.  Sometimes, the world would change in a day.  Sometimes a week.

But the funeral home did well.  I used to think it was the undertakers that stirred the pot.  Made people hate on each other, so as to get themselves some business.

Me?  Well, I been known to do a few things in war.  Now's not the time to talk about them there things.

But it seems to me that someone is sitting at home, putting money into envelopes and posting them out to all and sundry with little messages.  Trying to get people to hate people.  Someone sent me a letter, with a few dollars in it, saying that I should kill @Heston.

Now, to me, it seems like someone is trying to get something going.  Trying to get people fighting.

I don't see why they would do that.  Things are happy, and we are all doing well.

So what should we do?"

Fabian listened well enough to consider the possibilities anyone could take after receiving such an envelope.

"Don't spend it all in one place!" Fabian exclaimed right as the question of 'what to do' was asked.

Fabian steps closer to elaborate on his thought a bit further.

"Everyone knows the proper channel when placing a bounty on someone's head. To send money first with instructions is simply foolish."
