The late Simon of Detroit, or don’t quite remember if it was the big or small one, did in fact offer anyone that desired to set up within Detroit and run their operations there. I think I can say, without even consulting with the current occupants of said city, that the offer still stands. Raise your hand, raise your voice, do whatever to get our attention, explain your intentions and ambitions - then set up shop and make this world a better place. |

I have not read any of their works, as I am too busy protecting the people of the streets from your tyranny, but I assume they are all rather good. He's a slug with two extra slugs for arms and two slugs for legs. He's a walking rat-king of slugs, leaving a trail of malodorous goo everywhere he goes. From my blood's experience, open cities only work if the dominant power agrees to oversee it and is actually noble and fair (obviously resets work too, but there's only ever been one of those)... something we don't get often in our world. |

Father-TeQ, what if you're wrong and it would be perfect and beautiful? I don't think you've considered that very seriously and I recommend that you do. Do you have any strong opinions on some of the concepts drawn up previously in this speech for how this city would work? There was something about a pouch of coins and another idea involving pineapple rings that I found particularly inspiring. |
