Born into a world of guns and violence Carling had a harsh upbringing. His parents were both shot when he was just six years old. Searching for food to fill his belly. Looking for an opportunity to make money he offered to work for a buck but nobody wanted him, he was no use to anybody being such a small lad. So eventually he found himself walking the streets of new orleans. With food being scarce, and in need of cash he began snatching purses from innocent old ladies and knocking over 7-11 stores. One musky evening Carling was pushed into a dark alley by a tall stranger. Without showing his face the dark stranger began. I've noticed you commiting a few crimes around the town. You're a pretty slippery character. I have a proposal for you.. A few friends and I work together as a close unit built upon respect and honour. If you think you have these traits, then we would like to extend you an invitation to join this thing of ours. To which Carling quickly replied You can count me in! And so from that day, and for of income Carling made, he gave a cut to his new family. Day after day, he sent them their cut and eventually he was promoted within the family. After a while he got to know a few people, made some new associates and became a little more well known about the streets. Then one day he received a note from the big boss man that there would soon be blood on the streets. And so the war begun, lots of bodies covered the streets, some lay there from being shot at by an opposing gang, some lay there by the hand of their own gun exploing in their face. All of a sudden Carling stumbled upon his boss laying on the ground. A lowly gangster caught his eye as he ran away from the body. It was apparant that the gangster hurrying away had something to do with his boss' death. This enraged Carling and lead him and the rest of his family to end this war. And that they did.. With time they eventually wiped out the opposition and kept their thing of theirs going. Although they won the battle, the Carling felt as though he had lost a family for the second time. |
