Deviant walks purposefully out of the New York headquarters. All around him, construction and rebuilding work is going on. The damage wreaked by the havoc of the past few days is obvious and terrible. Black cloths still adorn the windows of the building as a mark of respect to the fallen Don. He stops at the wooden plinth in front of the main door and pauses for a moment, briefly closing his eyes as if to gather himself before making his acceptance speech Friends...and enemies.. Today is not a day for people to be proud of me. It is a day for me to be proud of this family - L'Esercito del Formaggio. We suffered an unimaginable blow this week. Our leader and dear friend PrinceofCheese careered into a table tripped over and smashed his cheese eyes in with the side of a chair. Rumours that he wackbacked are as yet unconfirmed. At this point, on behalf of the whole (sub)crew, we would like to pay tribute to AngelicalDeath, who yet again selflessly put herself into the firing line and took everyone in. She also saved the day in the war, nfp. Also thanks to j0ngott1, that giant of a man. We look forward to helping you maintain New York's greatness in future. The response of our family to PrinceofCheese's death was admirable. Not a single rogue while we were unsponsored. Five million raised in mere minutes when the call was put out. More evidence that in the past few months, we transcended the bonds of a mere crew, and became a family. I am humbled and honoured to be charged with the responsibility of continuing the story of L'Esercito del Formaggio in New York. With members of this caliber, I feel confident that this will be no burden at all. In the fell clutch of Circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of Chance My head is bloody, but unbowed. |

Absolutely lovely. From one man who did not care about the new ones to our world to another. Why don't we just abolish the 48 hour rule? Congrats though. You deserve it for all the effort you put into staying at thug. |

There can be no doubt that Deviant deserves this. Tireless work, an effortless presence across the 5 cities and the utmost respect from everyone who isn't a fucking idiot. It fills me with thuggish pride to see him don his slantybold suit. Regarding the conduct of the almost fallen family, one can only say it has been exceptional. Looking back across the many fallen leaders of our history it is rare in the recent past that such honour, respect and pride be shown in an emergency sitution. Each and every one of those wild Cheezos should be proud and stand tall. Moving into the future as stewerds of the famed giant j0ngott1 and the beanstalk I'm sure Deviant will cleverly steal the limelight from all my great ideas but nonetheless make huge strides forward and continue the great work of this leadership group. Salut to Deviant, Salut L'Esercito Del Formaggio and Salut to the future. Reverses backwards, then moves forward, this time overcoming the curb and leaving the main street on his way back to the HQ |
