A building within the center of Los Angeles - once fright with life, neon ecstasy and the dream of playing from dusk till dawn - attempting to earn your retirement money back from people like Luciano. Now sits upon a solemn grave of broken windows yet fixed people, those who would spend their rent in the Luciano's Casino had more time to invest, more time to live the life they were hoping to live - a life of crime. As the memories of Luciano's hopeful dream became a reality - the cut down building was a symbol of hope, hope for the future of success and failure being normalized.

Once a Don of the city of Los-Angeles, running a crew of many - refining their skills, supporting their needs and making sure their street-smarts reflected their earning. Accompanying many fallen greats within a life-time, Luciano's neck stuck out strong - with many trials and tribulations following incidents that befell the great city.

Now stands the Chairman of Los-Angeles, a true Godfather, as he takes his first few steps wearing a construction helmet with his three-piece suit, he begins to speak in front of the many people observing:

"This building represents life, we're born into dopamine, rushes of enjoyment and strange curious new things - before too-long those new things become the norm and we become stagnant," Luciano pauses, as he looks behind him - before looking back before the crowd, "Before you i want you to envision your old life falling away, the broken glass, the out-dated you developing and growing into something far bigger - and busier," Luciano presses on a handle as the building inside of a clearing sets off some controlled explosives, as the sounds of rumbling continues, and as the dust settles, Luciano looks back towards the crowd,

"I vow to make Los-Angeles even greater than it already is, as chairman, as i plant myself firmly responsible for all of "our friends of ours" - The Luciano Crime Family will let no more stagnation, only prosperity."

Finishing speaking, Luciano takes himself towards the Limo waiting for him, as the dust still lays thick in the air, Luciano looks back to see any of the reactions before him.
