The MIA/RIA/NPC/NPM names are generated from a list that we got from the 1980(?) US census data. We took all the first names and all the last names as well as its weight measured against all the other names - this is what it uses to match up first and last names to create a character. We've had lots of good ones, but I assure you it is all randomly generated based upon the US Census Bureau :) |
