I shall keep this brief. The rank of Boss indicates that you are capable of leading. I only give this rank to those who will lead. I have one Boss who is not currently leading or the second in a crew. I gave him this rank with a bigger picture in mind. He will be leading his own crew in New Orleans. He has the support and backing of the leaders of the six cities. He is Alfonzo. |

Opens his eyes to look at his new HQ.. Ahh!! Damn its beautiful I say! Fresh paint..fresh lawn..fresh new HQ.. life cannot get any better! Anyways I have a ton of work to do, you know how it is when you run a crime family.. After I get my family sorted and get some dinner in my stomach I will make a proper announcement to the mafioso in these crime filled streets.. This is retarded. If you dont have anything decent to say in the streets, then you shouldnt enter them. How must Alfonso feel that you couldnt feel fucked to bother putting in an effort? but oh well, i guess its only a matter of time till you get bored and kill him. |

Storm makes his way to the street and overhears his friend's name. Thinking he might be up to some kind of trouble, he gets ready to bail him out. Instead of being in any kind of trouble, he was getting authed to lead his very own crew. He takes a big swig of his beer, and walks up to Alfonzo, shaking his hand. Congrats buddy you deserve it!
