Waverly Hills Insane Asylum lay in decrepit abandon for 40 years before Vala walked up to the Gothic stone entrance. The cobwebs and water damage were blemishes that could be easily repaired.

She breathed in a breath of fresh, dewy air as she turned and watched the sunrise on the property she was generously given by her Godfather-Chairman TheBeast. A former sanitarium for those suffering from tuberculosis and later moved to the South Side of Chicago to house the mentally ill and poor, the building was rich in history and intrigue. She couldn't wait to get started cleaning, refurbishing and shining the historic wonder that lay before her.
